good first camera. the size is great. they added a custom menu to fill it with favorite settings for easier access. the flip out screen is a must for vlogging and content creation. if you are upgrading from a previous camera (i have an a6500), it's not much of an upgrade. it's good i'm able to use existing e-mount lenses. but the battery life isn't all that great. the physical button layouts are better on my older camera. i ended up returning this camera and going with a full frame. that is more of an upgrade path for my situation. i tried the A7C but ultimately went with the A7 IV.

I bought this for the webcam usb c feature this camera has as well as a second camera to my a7r 3. The lenses are interchangeable which is great and the quality and mobility are perfect for what I needed it for. I’ve found myself packing it on trips over the nicer camera simply because of the size and rotating screen for selfies.

Great camera especially for the price. So this is an APS-C camera but with the right lens, this has amazing video quality. 4k24/30 video recording looks very sharp. Bought this mainly for the product showcase mode and it's great for this. No more awkwardly putting your hand over your face to show the product you want to highlight. Old menu but has catalyst browse capability and the flip screen is also nice to have. USB C charging including using a power bank for extended use.

I also own the A6400, in terms of taking video, the ZV-e10 is much easier and more intuitive. But the ZV doesn't have a viewfinder so, for those who take more photos, I would say this camera may not be the best option for you. The body is definitely light, so it is easy on the arm during long vlogging. The grip is a little small for me, and I only have a medium-sized hand. The A6xxx series definitely has a better grip. If you can snatch them when they are in stock at retail, then $699 (body) is a good buy as an introductory camera. If you are more serious about photography, then go with the A6XXX series or even full-frame. Since I have both the A6400 and this, the ZV is going to be my secondary camera or for my partner.

I needed something lighter than my full frame A7 IV so this is perfect. I can travel without hurting my shoulders.

Okay…Where do I begin? I as recently tasked with a project for work in which I had to take thousands of photos within a 4 day time span…..I’ll just say this camera took a licking and kept on ticking….Most photos were taken back to back and the image quality was second to none!

Excellent Camera for Photo and Videos. Worth the price for beginner and more advanced videographers. Would recommend purchasing a good prime lens or the Tamron 17-70 to make this camera a powerhouse.

Overall the best mid range videography camera, pair it with the sigma 30mm apsc and you'll have gorgeous portrait shot

What to say about this except this is exactly what someone needs for an easy streaming camera and one for on the go. Its clean, decently easy setup, had some minor problems hooking it up and having it all function at once. It also is a great camera for anyone that just needs something simple.

This works way better than I expected! YouTube videos did not give enough credit for the value provided. I use Sony Movie Edit from my phone to stabilize video and adjust how much it crops. Using the Sigma 16mm the resulting video is extremely smooth like it was on a gimbal.

The interface is pretty easy to use for any beginner which makes navigating the ui simple and quick to use. The programmable buttons have some nice functionality too.

Great camera. Was so happy to see this back in stock. I paired it with a Sigma 16mm lens and it’s awesome. Great for video making and an excellent value for the cost. Going to get another to film multiple angles.

I haven’t used it yet for much since I didn’t know cameras HAD to have a lens so now I’m waiting for my lens. But I can say that this is a good starer camera.

Good quality. Haven’t shot a video for a long time yet but I have high hopes.

I will say as far as product, I LOVE this product. As far as ordering it and Best Buy I had an awful experience. I had ordered a new product, but ended up getting an open box. I spoke with customer care who made it seem like they were working to correct this, but that ended up being another headache all together. I am very upset with the situation, how it was handled, and in the manner/time it was handled.
