Super easy to use, takes up little space, and decent quality. I use my JBL portable speaker with it and it works great!

I'm extremely happy with this purchase, i just started to get into listening to music via records and i had purchased a CROSLEY and was not happy with it, so i returned it. I found this bad boy and ohhhh weeeee i gotta say D A M N. this product slaps these bops and you can hear EVERYTHING. every boom, ding, and bam. Listening to "when we fall asleep where do we go" was such a pleasure and it was like experiencing it all over again. except better.
the bluetooth functionality is a measure plus too seeing as it doesn't come with speakers.

I upgraded from an extremely cheap turntable to this Sony model once I wanted to get serious about my setup without dropping $500+. It is incredibly easy to setup and use. The auto start and stop feature is very convenient. For anyone looking for an accessible and well built first turntable, I would look no further.

for an inexpensive turntable, this is a good buy for the money. Love the nice smoked glass style cover, easy control access, and generally good audio frequency response. I've already converted (using Audacity.com software free download) several vinyl LP's to digital format and this turntable makes it easy to do.
I haven't tried the analog RCA cord direct connection to my amplifier but appreciate the idea that I can do so later.
I don't tend to just 'play' records, but prefer to use the turntable to convert music to compter / USB / digital format so as to play in car, on portable player, etc.
For the money, again, I highly recommend this unit.
We are thrilled to hear that your Bluetooth turntable is a great addition to your home! It is wonderful that it pairs so easily with your Sony soundbar, allowing you to enjoy the warm, natural sound of vinyl with the modern convenience of a wireless setup.
Thanks for choosing Sony.
Best regards, Eliab

I bought this to listen to a bunch of vinyl that I received. It sounds great on my sound system, and I can use bluetooth.

This is a good product and a good value. Be warned, when it comes to connecting the blue tooth it is mostly worthless. I have been able to get it to pair a few times with my Sony headphones but it is always after many attempts. It is not just that the blue tooth has a very short range, it is just inconstant. That said, if you don't need the blue tooth this is a great little player just plug it into an amp and enjoy!

All in all this Sony turntable does work quite well. Sony appears to be no longer building it's own AC adapters so the one included here is a cheap knock off, but again, it does work well. I am using the turntable in the old phono style hookup and the sound is warm and inviting, with no hum or noise whatsoever.
My only real complaint is the thin sponge turntable platter mat. At a $200 price point this unit should have been shipped with something other than a flimsy sponge mat. That being said, this unit is in my opinion still a very good purchase.

Exchanged a Crosley Voyager record player for this. And this definitely is quality and worth the extra cost. The platter is really nice, doesn’t wobble and set up was a breeze. It has a built in pre amp, automatic needle arm, and Bluetooth. BT hooks up seamlessly to my soundbar and portable speaker. Sound output is amazing, and aesthetically nice. Def would buy another one.

I am not an audiophile but I do have good hearing and found the sound quality to be wonderful. The unit seems to be made especially well for the $200 price point. Easy sey up options to match it to the existing sound system. Have not tried copying any albums yet.
