Returned it and received a replacement, but no one at Geek Squad or in Sales was able to explain to me how to set it up. Staff was not knowledgeable and seemed offended that I asked. Manager made sure to get me a replacement, but everyone else was awful. I made an appointment with Geek Squad and bought the protection plan, but apparently that is worthless.
