Dissapointed this time. Out of the box it sounded like someone was singing under water. Bluetooth part worked very well. Connected with Bose speaker. Still waiting to hear back from Sony on resolution.

Knowing that this was a Christmas gift for your wife makes it even more disappointing and we can only imagine how frustrating it was to get everything ready only for the motor not to start. That is definitely not the experience we want you to have with our turntables.
While we understand you’re already planning to return it to the store, we want to sincerely apologize for the disappointment this caused your family.
