I bought this for my husband. He seems to like it.

It turned out the person whom I bought it for loved the grift. The price was reasonable and has great sound quality.

This was my second attempt to buy my wife an automatic turntable. The first was an audio-technica I picked up. I ordered this turntable on-line. It came in quickly and looked good as packaged. Once installed there were two problems. 1) I could not get the turntable to quite "groaning" and the platter rotated. 2) In order to play a LP record the speed had to set to 45 rpm and even then the sound was not right. This is being returned 4/27/2020 as is the audio-technica. My wife s learning to use my manual turntable.

A disappointment for the price. Extremely basic model. My mistake to assume this model would have the added features one has come to expect with modern electronics, without losing basic features such as being able to put multiple records on at one time.

Christmas gift that did not work out of the box. Because of it being a gift,return period was over quickly because I bought it before Christmas...bought the 4 year geek squad protection with it and they wanted to send it off. Why buy Geek squad protection if they won't even look at it in house? what if it were a simple issue? Associate was going to let me exchange it and then manager stepped in and said I had to send it off to Sony. I just took it home to try and troubleshoot it myself with limited luck.

Incompetent best buy shipped a already used broken product to me i had to refund. Never buying from best buy again after this experience

It is blue tooth to my home theater, syncs easily .

Easy to setup. Sound is good. Like the options to connect to receiver or standalone soind

If you like to listen to music at its intended speed do not buy this turntable. It plays too fast. I've spent hours trying to get the speed adjusted from the adjustment hole on the bottom and it just doesn't work. Skip this product and save yourself the disappointment.

I gave this to my 17y/o for Christmas. She set it up in minutes. Sound quality is good.

This is a narrow belt drive turntable with an inadequate way to install the belt drive. A flimsy piece of material is all that there is to hold onto to pull the narrow rubber belt (under tension) from point A to the pulley. If the narrow rubber pulley escapes a persons' hold on the material the tension on the pulley pulls it to a place under the platter which is inaccessible and the pulley is gone for good.

Great while it lasted. Didn't last long enough to make it worth while.

I really wanted to like this turntable but not being able to make the Bluetooth work with any of speakers, headphones or ear buds killed it for me. Returned this for a refund.

I love it, its sleek and quick! It also connects to devices really quickly.

The sound quality is amazing! So much better than my box crosely.

I order the item online, of course there was delay in delivery and the box came with a big tear in the side. I tried to get it replaced by BB, but they said quote " I can certainly understand your disappointment, since the initial order was already delivered to your given address. And the replacement was cancelled due to this. We do not get an option to initiate the replacement again."

Good price and exactly what I wanted. Would recommend.

But the longevity is the only deal breaker for me i want to be able to have a manual drive with exchangeable tips

Works Great. Sounds amazing with 5.1 surround sound.

Sound quality okay, has Bluetooth and other features, but dust cover arrived broken and store would not honor sale price paid...wanted me to pay the difference in price for an even exchange...decided to return...very disappointing
