This product stopped working about 6 months after the warranty expired. It will not power on.
I tested the power supply on another device, so the issue appears to be the turntable itself.
Unfortunately, I did not buy the GS protection but I am shocked at how quickly this device stopped working. I guess that is on me.
The sound quality was okay, the build quality is poor, and the device itself rather bulky.

Bluetooth doesn’t work with Bose speakers, iPhone or computer. I used RCA cables to use it with my stereo equipment. I could hear the music, but the voices were hardly audible.
I returned it, and purchased the Audio-technica Bluetooth turntable. The Bluetooth works perfectly with my Bose speaker, and the sound on my stereo is amazing!
Same records, same equipment, vastly different turntables.

Warning: not compatible with Bose SoundLink Revolve + bluetooth Speaker!
The turntable is pretty and easy to set up. I was so excited about my purchase, until it was time to play a record. While the turntable did pair up with my Bose SoundLink Revolve + speakers, the volume was super low, and the volume buttons on the speaker wouldn't work. Best Buy says it is compatible but they are not, I have since seen on Bose forums that many people had the same problem. Even though Best Buy says they can work together, they do not.
I really liked the look of this record player though, so I then went back to Best Buy today to buy a non-Bluetooth speaker to use, and got home to find i've been sold something that cannot even connect as they have different audio ports! Am going back tomorrow to return everything.
Does anyone know of a turntable that will connect to a Bose SoundLink Revolve + bluetooth Speaker? I no longer trust what Best Buy says will work.

Purchased from BB (Feb. 23) Bought it because it was in stock. Wanted something else. Waited for it to get better but too long to return it to BB. Nothing pairs with BT. Powered speakers, BT headphones, earbuds, nothing! Wife works at home so I was hoping the headphone BT would work out.
Sound is poor (I have it connected and switched correctly). with both receiver and powered (Kanto YU6) speakers. Buyer's Remorse is a 10. If I could get my money back i'd jump on it if I could. May be for you but I doubt it.

I loved this turntable and it was easy until it stopped playing through a bluetooth speaker it is ostensibly connected to and had been working fine for over a year. I've tried everything and would love to pull my rating up to the four i would have given it until it stopped working. is there a number i can call to help? it says it's connected but no sound out of the speaker it's supposed to be connected to. i'm at a loss and can't play my thousands of dollars of records ive bought until i fix this or get a new turntable

The power button stopped working after 3 months. (There is power to the turntable.) I failed to purchase the Best Buy warranty so we have to ship it across the country in hope it can be repaired.

Bought for my son for Christmas. Out of the box sound was muddled and sounded like record was being damaged or skipping. Troubleshooting problems for 2 hours. Tried everything. Finally, as a last resort, swapped my stylus from an Audio Trchnica player (counter to what Sony says will work) and the player worked great.
Stylus was garbage out of the box. Told that others won’t work, which isn’t true. Currently running with an alternate stylus. Would not spend the money on this player again based on out of the box issues and inaccurate troubleshooting.

Didn’t work when I got it. Took it in to get fix. Saw a couple of the same player behind the desk. Took forever to get fix. Works after they fixed it. If you have time to do this then go for it.
Bluetooth garbage.plastic piece of junk turntable.

I received this as a gift and cannot get any sound to come out of the bluetooth speaker or wired. And the return policy for best buy is 15 days but I didn't set it up until I had a place for it. This was past the 15 days. Now I'm stuck with a turntable that won't do what it promises to do.
