Excellent point and shoot for its price! Camera is small and light, overall very convenient to carry around. Great zoom and image quality. Before settling for this little camera i had to try two other models. Great bang for your buck!

I've worked my way through small Canons and Nikons and decided to try the camera with the best features that I could find at my local Best Buy,which was this one. While I wish it had GPS, but has everything else. It's quick to start, doesn't eat batteries, has fast and intuitive wifi to transfer photos to my phone so I can send them out into the world, and produces good pictures in low light so I can avoid a flash most of the time. It's tiny and fits in a pocket, though it does get lost in my purse.

This camera takes surprisingly good pics and is especially good in low light. It's easy to use, a simple menu, no learning curve, just point and shoot. It's small and compact, very light and easy to carry. An excellent value.

I had the DSCWX200 version which I loved so much but my brother lost it at the airport so he said he would buy me a new one. Because i really loved the size and picture quality of that camera and came across this I just couldn't say no. I could of chosen the most expensive one if i had to but i still went for the upgraded version of my old one. I like the fact that it connects to wifi and can be controlled by the smartphone. I really love the conpact size and it's very handy.

The first thing that surprised me about this camera, when I saw it in the store, is its diminutive size. It's about the size of a deck of cards. Maybe half the size of the broken Nikon camera that it's replacing. I bought it to be a "carry-all-the-time" camera, so the size is a bonus. (I do a lot of bicycling and motorcycling, so size and weight are both factors.)
The build quality seems sturdy - time will tell how reliable it is. I'll take care of it, and hope it will last me five years or more.
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the photos - "it makes all the world... look like a sunny day." I mostly bought it for outdoors photography. The 10x zoom lens is sharp... it doesn't zoom in and out particularly fast, but that's not a problem. Image quality drops off significantly - getting more grainy - as available light diminishes. And flash photos are compromised. But that's not surprising in such a tiny camera.
I'd probably recommend a bigger camera with a larger sensor for an "only" camera. But if you have a big camera for your hobby and "serious" photography, this is a nice supplement. (Some people are obviously satisfied with their "phone cameras" - the quality of this camera's output is WAY better than any phone-camera I'm aware of.)

This is a great camera. I bought a Sony 220 years ago and it lasted until I dropped it. I bought the new version of the 220 and I am so happy with it. The pictures are gorgeous and it is so easy to use, fits in a pocket and looks great. I highly recommend this camera for someone who loves to always have a camera around to take that perfect picture and or video!!!

Loving this camera. I was looking for something compact and affordable but that would still take good quality pictures. The picture quality on this little camera is great. Took many wonderful pictures and videos on our vacation. Easily transferred pictures to my laptop as well

I didn't want a big camera or one with lots of bells and whistles; I wanted something that took sharp photos and videos that was easy to use. That is what this camera is. There are plenty of features that I've yet to discover but one of them that I love is the ability to control the camera with my smartphone. I can see what the camera sees on my phone's screen. I can tell the camera to take the picture or start recording the video. AWESOME. I've got a tripod and shoot videos of myself, etc. That is one handy feature!

I took this camera on a trip to the Grand Canyon. The photos were excellent. It's really easy to use. Great for low light as well. However, after only having it for a week, it already began to show signs of wear and tear. There were some type of particles that had gotten under the screen and were distracting from pictures, and some of the outer body had small scuffs and scratches, despite me not dropping the camera once. Not what I would expect from Sony. Great camera to keep around the house, not good for traveling.

This is the 2nd camera I have bought of this model. I like it because it is small enough to slip into my pocket or a light carrying case. It takes great pictures and is easy to operate and has proven to be reliable and durable. I like that it can change quickly from a photo to a video because it has a dedicated video button.

I like the small size of this camera. I can put it in my coat pocket or bag an hardly know it's there. It takes great pictures an has more than enough features. I needed something with good quality pictures but not to complicated. So far this camera had worked well.

Good quality pictures, easy to use and navigate through menu options. The one thing I can't quite figure out (but haven't looked too close to try and change) is to speed up the time it takes to capture a good image. I use this for work gathering 200 photo's a day, and at the start it clicked and snapped right away, now I have to hold it down for a few seconds before it snaps the photo. Other than that, it's good.

I got this lil' guy on Open Box for 83$. Not a bad price for how nice of pictures it takes. I actually work at Best Buy; personally I am saving up for one of the higher-end Sony alphas - but I needed something small, that could fit in my pocket (and that wasn't my phone). So for parties and on-the-go or spontaneous excursions - this is my go-to. And it's really nice for the price and the purpose. :] I would recommend this for anyone who just wants a nice little camera for occasional or casual photos with friends and family.

Very happy with the picture quality of this one. Very simple to use, and it did great in low lighting. Pictures were clear and for a point and shoot, that's as much as you can ask for.

Last year I bought a Sony mirror less camera from best buy and while it was a great camera that took excellent pictures, I just thought it was too big to carry on trips. So I sold that camera and started shopping for a smaller camera. Enter the Sony DSCWX220 smaller than your cell phone and the 10x zoom is great for its size. Plus the hd video it takes is superb. I still can't believe this tiny camera takes these great clear pics and vids! It is not shock proof or water proof, so a case is necessary. Plus it has built in wifi so you can send your pics to your phone, tablet or laptop right away. If you're looking for a small point and shoot camera with lots of features, you won't be disappointed.
