Wrong Lens, Bad Customer Service

It arrived five days late. When it finally showed up, it was the wrong lens—the box listed the correct model, but inside was an older, much cheaper version. My local Best Buy refused the return because the box and lens didn’t match, even though that was Best Buy’s, or th3 company they contract with, own mistake. Customer service was no help. They offered a replacement, but I needed the lens the prior week and requested a refund so I could buy elsewhere. I was told nothing could be done. Late delivery, wrong product, and zero accountability. Best Buy turned their error into my problem. I won’t be ordering high-value items from them again - Still awaiting for the refund, btw, over a week after shipping the wrong lens back!

My go to for photography

I have used it out on the water shooting boats in running and lifestyle shoots. The focal length is great for most activities and is very responsive. This is my go to lens for most photography.
