I bought this to travel with my A6300 and I wasn't disappointed. It would be nice if they'd make an f4 or f2.8 all the way through, but that didn't stop me from getting some great images.

I use this all the time, great for bird and wildlife shots. It works best at 200mm, over that you lose quality, but still nice for catching the seals on the rocks. Nice that you can also go manual on focus.

Bought this before a trip to Alaska and it was amazing to use! Got great quality shots of otters, moose, and the landscape. Even took decent pictures of the northern lights.

Got this lens about a year and a half ago. It has become my go-to lens for wildlife that isn't heavy. I even take it to disney's animal kingdom and get great shots.

I was waiting for a native telephoto lens for an E mount camera. I am so pleased to buy this lens. The lens works great for Sony a6300 as well as A7SII. The OSS feature is amazing to get blur free shots. The image quality is fantastic too.

Just came back from Sydney and New Zealand and got incredible shots using this lens and Sony Alpha 7II camera.

I bought this lens for travel purposes and it was great. It gives me enough zoom to capture most anything, the image quality is nice and it's not too bulky for most travel.

I use this lens to take shots of my granddaughter. I like that I’m able to be far away and take close ups of her. Excellent lens great sharp pictures.

Exceeds expectations. I would say that this lens is (way) better than the Nikon 28-300mm lens. Perhaps, not the best equivalent comparison, but close. IQ is really good for this entry level lens. Price definitely reasonable.

Great range, size & weight, amazing and fast auto focus, Sony sale price saved $100 couldn't pass up the great deal. Best Buy had it delivered in 5 days... great service!

I love love love this lense.. it gives my wildlife photograph a new life! Its a bit heavy but its worth its weight in gold. I highly reccomend this lens to anyone wanting to take their photos to a new level.

Use this on my Sony A7ll. I use on autofocus, and everything else manual settings. It is very smooth functioning. Well built. I used it at the zoo and was able to get great animals in motion shots!

I have a kid that preforms on the football field and wanted to get a good lens that would allow crisp up close pictures while we are in the stands. This also does a great job with objects that are closer.

My favorite lens so far. The zoom is great but it's a little heavy. I can't hold the camera around my neck for more then 2 mins

this lens is one of many in my sony collection and i have to say, it is one of my most used lenses. the sharpness of the glass is out of this world!

Although I'm a beginner, I noticed right away this lens is really sharp and autofocuses faster than I thought. Overall I am pleased with this purchased!

I love this lens. So versitile that I use it as my primary lens. While I did have to replace this lens once because of a focusing issue, I am giving it a 5 star rating because I like it so much, and because Best Buy replaced my first lens with no fuss. I will continue to purchase most of my camera equipment and electronics from Best Buy because their customer service and knowledgeable staff is second to none.

I love this lens, it is crisp and clear, does decent in not so well lit areas. I use this to record my church services and it has been excellent to my work flow.

I was looking for a long lense for the A7Rii camera. Sony makes some of the best lenses out there. Amazing quality. And I love that it has optical stabilization.
