I thought refurbished meant that someone from Best Buy actually inspected the product to make cert as in th hat item worked and if not yo repair it to like New. Not in my case. Beware of refurbished

Then I bought model #: BD-J5700 and it only lasted 2 mos. Then I went to a fire stick so I can watch my Netflix and Amazon accts. last week. So I would tell you NOT to buy one of these two DVD players. I still have VHS players that work so I know they're able to work if built correctly.
