I purchased this for someone else so they could watch movies. I bought an open box that mentions “no accessories are missing.” I pulled it out of the box to check it out before I connected it up for my friends and it was missing the HDMI cable. I read the directions and it said that it included the HDMI cable but on the very bottom it has a note that the HDMI cable only comes with the BDP-S3770. This was very misleading from Sony. I also decided to read the box with a magnifying glass and found in very tiny print that it did not include the cable. The cable is needed to connect the player. Very misleading from Sony but I’m sorry Best Buy, you get the bad rating for this issue because I bought it from you. I have never written a bad rating until now and I am doing this in the parking lot.
