Its awesome. Great gateway console for any age and person

Bought refurbished as a gift for Christmas, so far all good.

Totally disappointed; I made this purchase a week before Christmas, and the pick up at the store was for December 24, but I picked it up on the 23rd; When I got the package at home, I noticed that the console did not come in its original box, it did not bring the head set, nor the owner's manual as shown in the photographs and the list of contents in the listing, as shown below; so lousy service from the store. Didn’t work from day one!!! Tried to get help from their technical support well after 3 hours of going in circles on the phone and never even talk to one of the geek squad members, let alone you can’t understand what they are saying, I’ll just say Best Buy has lost a 15 plus year customer

Honestly i super disappointed in this purchase. Fir multiple reason. First is it was refurbished but didnt come with geek squad protection. The controler was broken right off the bat. And for the amount o spent on it it should have all worked... i usually dont have these types of provlems with my purchases.

I love this console! It arrived in original packaging and clean and working well. I especially like the vast variety of games available in a multitude of genres. I would purchase it again.

My son absolutely loves his game but it didn’t even last a whole year! It’s now froze (safe mode) and we’ve tried everything and can’t get it to work. Other than that he loves it and the game!

They sent me the wrong power cord and I didn't even use my system baent out and had to buy my own power cord

Great buy for the money- for what I saw these selling for by private sellers online, we got the same price but with the assurance of a Best Buy guarantee!

The item had exterior damages( many scratches) and the control gets stuck occasionally, with a boot up error message

PlayStation stopped working, it won’t turn on, can’t do anything, i’ve tried to unplug it so many times it still won’t work, had this since November & it only worked for a few months.
