No video was necessary I just followed the instructions that were given and installed it in less than 5 minutes almost!

I was able to transfer everything to the new console and send the old one back. Highly recommended.

Plus the eject button is now clearly differentiated from the power button unlike the launch PS6. I do think it’s overpriced, but not insanely so.
