This PlayStation 5 DualSense controller is in fantastic condition and still performs like it’s brand new. The clean white design looks sleek and modern, while the build quality feels premium in your hands solid, comfortable, and responsive. Every button, trigger, and joystick works flawlessly, offering that signature immersive PS5 experience that makes gaming feel more realistic than ever. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback still function perfectly, bringing every game to life with incredible precision and control.
Even after years of use, this controller continues to deliver top-tier performance with no drift whatsoever a true testament to its durability and quality. Whether you’re diving into intense action games or relaxing with story driven adventures, it maintains smooth, accurate input and long lasting comfort. This isn’t just a used controller it's a well cared for, high performing piece of gaming gear that’s ready to keep up with every session.

At this point I’ve had several ps5 controllers, including the much superior Dualsense Edge. So by the time I got this green pearlescent controller I wasn’t impressed anymore. It’s better than the other controllers I use (Xbox 360, Wii U Pro) but after having a controller with back paddles and fully customizable buttons, I can’t recommend the old style anymore. The haptics also don’t feel as nice, both in the triggers and in the motors that spin in your palm. It’s a good controller and when I first got one years ago it felt amazing, just know that it’s very much worth saving up and getting the next level above it. I got this one as a backup when the Edge is out of power (which is often) but even that situation wouldn’t work for me. In short, I’ve experienced the better controller Sony offers so this one doesn’t do it for me anymore. Sony could add customization of the buttons and a way to quick select those button profiles, and that would make me like it alot more. For value I’m marking it down because really it should be less. Quality is fine. Ease of use I’m also marking down, because you can’t customize which would add tons of ease of use. I’ll say I recommend it, but only because you need haptics and that only leaves you with the base controller and the Edge.

The DualSense wireless PlayStation 5 controller has been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup. Its ergonomic design fits comfortably in my hands, allowing for extended gaming sessions without discomfort. I particularly love the haptic feedback, which adds a level of immersion I’ve never experienced before. It makes every action feel unique, whether I'm sprinting through a lush forest or navigating treacherous terrain.
The adaptive triggers are another standout feature. They provide a tactile response that enhances gameplay, especially in racing or shooting games where the resistance varies based on in-game actions. This level of detail truly makes a difference in how I interact with the games.
However, the battery life could be improved. I find myself recharging it more frequently than expected, which can be a bit inconvenient during longer play sessions. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience with the DualSense controller has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s a game-changer that elevates the PlayStation 5 experience, and I highly recommend it to any gamer.

I’ve been using this PS5 controller for a few weeks now and honestly, it surprised me. The build quality feels solid, the buttons have a clean, responsive click, and the adaptive triggers make a huge difference in games—especially shooters and racing titles. The vibrations are incredibly detailed too; you can feel tiny things like footsteps or pulling back a bowstring.
Battery life is better than I expected, and even when it runs low, it charges fast enough that it’s never really a problem. The grip is comfortable for long sessions, and the touchpad and built-in mic actually feel useful instead of gimmicky.
Overall, it just works exactly how you want it to. Smooth, responsive, and reliable. Definitely a 5/5 for me.

Too expensive but a great controller overall. Wish they would add more features considering how many iterations I have had to buy, some seemingly just bc the systems changed generations. Wish they would do more with the touchpad in the middle but whenever they do I don’t like it. Astrobot is the best game to play to showcase all the features of the controller. I’m changing my response to 5 stars because I just remembered you can blow in the thing!

The crimson red is very stylish. I choose this color over the black because it doesn't stand out. It's a neutral color so, it was pretty much a typical color nothing too special. Im satisfied with the color of this control pad. This one will be tougher to find. I love it. Although, im highly disappointed in the price point. Retail is higher than the black and the standard base color white. Overall, the haptic feedback and dual sense is a gem. One of the secret weapons for next-generation state of the art gaming console.

I picked up a ps5 controller for my little cousin. She has needed one for a while now and I finally had the time to get one for her. I called my local Best Buy and spoke to a nice employee named Carlos. He was so helpful, talking me through the online order process. I ordered the controller and went to pick it up later that day. The process was quick and easy. I spoke with the cashier, a lovely woman by the name of Tina. She quickly found my item, scanned it and had me on my way in less then five minutes. I would recommend Best Buy for anyone who might be a little intimidated by the online process. They have the ( excuse the pun.) Best customer service and the workers are patient and helpful.

I looove this controller!! Such a beautiful color way. The price point is…wild but that’s just how it is now with consoles. I’m still looking to buy the other colors eventually.

This is a good controller because if you guys become a total Best Buy member, it is a really good deal on it. I got it for $45 with the points and the membership that made it $54 because I got on Black Friday so I really recommend that you guys become a total member because usually PlayStation controllers are $70 and that’s a lot of money so if you guys become a total member it’s really worth it and their controllers last a long time so by the time when you’re controller starts to feel faulty, you have the membership and you can get a new one for free after a year

The PlayStation 5 DualSense controller is hands down one of the best gaming controllers I’ve ever used. From the moment I picked it up, it felt premium—sleek, comfortable, and perfectly balanced in my hands.
What truly sets it apart are the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. Pulling back on the triggers in shooters or feeling the resistance when accelerating in racing games adds an entirely new layer of immersion that no other controller delivers. The haptics aren’t just vibrations—they’re incredibly detailed, letting me feel everything from footsteps on different surfaces to the tension of drawing a bow.
The built-in microphone and speaker are surprisingly clear, which is perfect for quick chats without a headset. The touchpad is responsive and actually adds functionality, not just flair. Plus, the battery life is solid for how much power this controller packs.
Overall, the DualSense feels like a genuine leap forward in gaming. It doesn’t just control the game—it pulls you deeper into it. If you’re on PS5, this controller is an absolute must-have and honestly sets the standard for what a “next-gen” controller should be.

The purple is a really nice color. Not too lavender or dark. Had to replace controller because the original had a bad stick drift within a year. Got the warranty on this one—it’s pretty good price for 2 year coverage. Does not come with a new charging cable so only 4 stars. Wack

I couldn’t believe it at first when I saw it, that after having raised the price from $74.99 at launch to $79.99 for the standard, common white controller to match all of the newer colored models, then all rose to $84.99 in some places, that I got it for the price I did, almost $30 less. I was a very happy boy to be able to pick up this 2nd controller to keep on standby for when I have guests over for the occasional co-op or two player game, like Take Two titles.
