Good product, could be better

Also hard to control the device from my phone with the Sony Headphones app. Microphone is also worse than DualSense controller on PS5. Could be better. I would recommend because it is a good price for average headphones, and if you just want some privacy on your PS5, these are a pretty good option.

Great till they break

Noisy house so the noise cancellation was perfect and the mic did a good job of filtering out background. Would be five stars but the right one went out on me. I have to fidget with it in the case to charge and even after a full night it doesn’t come on or doesn’t register it’s no longer in the case.

Great if you only need to game for a couple months

Opened box- Excellent condition, product worked amazing, sound quality/connectivity/convenient, just to last me just about 4 months. One side of the earbud stopped connecting/charging, I have tried soft cleaning the charging connectors with q-tips but it just won’t charge/work anymore. For only having them 3 1/2 months I wouldn’t spend $120 on these again let alone for the new price.

Not for PS portal! PS5 only

Corded headphones work fine but they kind of get in the way of game play. I thought they we expensive but I would like to use them for my PS5 as well. I looked at several reviews that said they were great and better than the new Sony Pulses, but no mention they did not connect to the portal. Which was so stupid in my opinion to pay this much for headphones for them not to work on another Sony product. Disappointed so I returned them.

The Playstation Portal does not support Bluetooth, the earbuds will not work with this. You can use any PlayStation Link-supported audio device for Playstation portal. Great ps5 earbuds

I have had any connection issues and setup was easy. I haven’t done the customization with my pc yet, but I really haven’t felt the need to.

Tons of better products out there

Using them with my phone is almost impossible unless you have your phone out all the time. Having it in my pocket the audio would cut out im assuming from the poor transmitter. Battery life is fairly good, could go a day on a single charge.
