All good with these headphones, the bad thing is the cable can give you some problems when it comes to moving from your seat it is preferable to buy the version without it, even if its price is higher.

I used it with Microsoft Teams and Skype. It is very simple and easy to use. The microphone is good quality. I was easy to understand. The microphone positioning is easy to adjust. Flipping it up puts you on mute. The speakers are fine for voice conversations. There is no battery to worry about. Plugging it into the USB port sets everything up automatically. I purchased a wired headset because some companies do not allow Bluetooth to be used with their equipment, due to security concerns. I do wish it came with a case or cloth bag to protect it.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headphones have great sound but for some reason, the boom mic wouldn’t mute when I would put it up when playing COD on the PS5, I had to mute it from the controller. I even got a second pair thinking it was a factory defect but I still was having the same issue with the second pair, so I just end up returning them as well. I contacted Sony for a solution, they only gave the website on how to set it up with PS5 controller and still didn’t solve the problem. They are confortable, chat is clear, again sound was amazing, just couldn’t get it to mute when putting the boom mic up.

Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. To turn off the microphone, it is recommended to completely raise the boom microphone. Great Playstation headset

The wire is good because you dont have to charge them but bad because it doesn't detach. Comes with a dongle for pc but also plugs directly in a playstation 5 controller. Very comfortable.

Snapped After 7 Months

Unfortunately the mic broke after 7 months or normal use. I took really good care of these because they were a good fit and the audio worked great. They broke when they did and there was no recourse or replacement without buying them again. Better off with Turtle Beech, Logitech or any other off brand set, than this. A big rip off!

Nice and Comfortable

The H3 I plugged into the usb port and was ready to go. Also found the Inzone H3 more comfortable then the Xbox headset.

I love the sound of the headset. The only problem is that you have to have a PC not Mac to update the software. I bought the headset on sale for $199.99 from $299.99. It’s worth the $199.99

But after tweaking with the INZONE software, they sound pretty decent. Good for gaming, not great for music. I paid $30 open box and I’m happy for the price. I wouldn’t pay $100 for them.
