IP6X equivalency: The speaker has been tested to and continues to block dust after stirring for 8 hours in 3 testing devices which contain dust particles that are up to 75 um in diameter.

    For the refurbished, the quality was great. Speakers were clean, not damaged, and had amazing sound and volume. The battery life is great it has lasted me a few closing shifts. The packaging was kind of messed up, though I care more about the product itself. Did not disappoint!
