I love this cover. It protects very well without adding a lot of weight. And I love the Satin finish. And it stays on very well.

I purchased this item for my boss that after his current one failed on durabilty for him. His previous Case was almost identical to this Brand in just about everyway except the bottom rubber pegs that held up the computer and keep it from sliding on surfaces continued to fall out or peel. Thats when I suggested this Speck brand! I knew from also having previously purchased this Speck Mac pro that I never once had an issue. Speck uses a non scratch soft plastic on there bottom pegs as well. My boss has had his new case for quite some time now and hes never had any issues. This case is tad pricey, but a no brainer obv to protect a laptop investment. I believe they run for about 50 bucks.

The case fits well, protects well and looks great while still being able to see your Apple when your laptop is on.

I have a black one of these for my Macbook Pro, the quality is great, and I like that it is somewhat transparent so I can see the apple logo on the top of the laptop. I bought this to protect my Macbook from dents and scratches which they are extremely prone to get and I am so glad I bought this! Great quality and fit also! Well worth every Penny!

The speck case fits the Macbook Pro perfectly. While I haven't dropped it or anything to that degree it definitely protects from bumps and dings and hopefully would provide some degree of protection if dropped. The only negative is that the little clasps that hold it to the computer sometime pull away when grabbing it a certain way... not a big deal and push back ok, but a bit irritating at times.

Fits the MacBook very nice and tight. A little slick on grip but prevents scratches on the outside of the laptop. Very durable, I've taken it off and on for reasons and it hasn't bent or broke. A little work is needed to get it off which could be frustrating. But it does exactly what is was made for.

The Speck case fits great and looks great! It is exactly what I was looking for to protect my new MBPr. All ports are accessible and cooling vents are not blocked. It is cool the way the Apple logo can be seen thru the case (when Mac is on of course). I highly recommend this case.

I purchased this case to protect my MacBook from scratches. Well, it does the work. I read some reviews on the internet like this case causes some scratches while taking it off. Actually in never happened. Moreover you never need to take it off. Also, this case gives your MacBook a really good look. The only drawback is: It may be hard to fit.

The Speck satin case provides great protection for my mac and feels great when carrying by hand or in a pack. It fits perfectly and is like a second skin. The only concern is the occasional slip of one of the clips and the need to stick that corner back on. But that is rare and hasn't caused any real problems.

Wouldn't recommend any other brand for hard cases. My computer fits into it snugly and makes me feel so much better about keeping my computer in my purse and other bags that would usually cause me to scratch the computer.

This is case cover is great to make sure my MacBook doesn't get scratched or damaged. Great for the price and like the satin feel. It does make it a little snug for my MacBook carrying bag, but thats because its a slim bag.

I bought a MacBook Pro Retnia and wanted to protect my investment. I selected the Speck see thru satin case in black. It does a Great job of protecting my MacBook. It snaps on snuggly and the rubber feet keep it planted well on my desk or the coffee shop table. For the price I would buy it again

I was looking for cover that would prevent surface scratches. The cover fits firmly on my computer. It provides good protection. Fortunately I have not been able to test the impact or fall protect. The other covers I have used in the past did not fit as well as this one.

I am worried about getting scratches on my new MacBook. I did a lot of research and for the price this is the best cove out there. Fits solid and you can still see the Apple lit up when it's on.

Great fit looks better than I thought. My macbook pro looks amazing this speck case makes it stand out. Fits perfectly and my macbook is safe from any drops that might occur.

This case fits perfectly! It gives your mac a nice look and adds grip for safer handling. Only bad thing is it gets finger prints easily, but you can clean them just as easily.
