Great new lightweight laptop that still has standard USB port. Fast, quiet. Great touch screen. Deal was even better when it was unexpectedly on sale on time of purchase.

I ordered this laptop to replace my old laptop. After comparing different laptops out there, I settled on this one and it was a great choice! It has the latest I7 processor so its plenty fast and has enough memory and SSD hard drive space. The overall package and build of the laptop screams quality. The design is sleek and light enough to carry around just about anywhere.

My husband’s laptop crashed the day before we were leaving on vacation. He works remotely and needed to work while traveling so we had to find something that day. He needed something that was lightweight and compact for travel; this fit the bill. It was quick to set up and easy to start using. There are a variety of port types to fit various needs and Bluetooth connectivity too. He hasn’t utilized the pen yet, but our 14 year old has and likes it. He’s only used this for about 3 weeks, but he’s pleased. He uses it for business purposes, not online games of streaming movies.

Note that this laptop is supposed to be the latest edition of the laptop, but professional reviews indicate that the pen is supposed to be rechargeable via the USB-C port, but this one still uses the AAAA battery instead. Other than that, the quality feels good.

I have always liked my HP computer products, but this is by far the best laptop I've ever had. It's fast, has an awesome screen, very lightweight, and plenty of memory! I would recommend this laptop to anyone!

A really nice laptop! Except the tiny tabs to help with screen closing, I love this product! I need to double check the processor specs. But at first glance the processor it has wasn’t reported to have the best value/$$$ ratio. Still I love the product.

Needed to update a laptop for business and personal use. Existing one died. Criteria included solid state drive and a lot of memory, light weight, simple to operate, good feel to keyboard, dazzling display, not too big and not too little....this puppy filled the bill. Pricey? Yes. Powerful? Absolutely! Very pleased with everything so far. For those thing about other features...there are 2 USB C ports and 1 USB port...so remember to acquire USB to HDMI or VGA and a USB hub. Also might want to include an external CD/DVD writer/player. Also, not Windows 10 does not have a DVD player software, but there are free ones on the net. I picked up a wireless keyboard at the same time..but returned...the laptop keyboard is just great, and back lit too!.

This laptop is very lightweight and versatile, easy to change from laptop to tablet mode. Enjoy the touch screen and pen compatibility. Ive had it for a year and a half no issues with it yet.

Last year I bought the HP Spectre x360 with the 6th gen i7. I was SUPER excited to see that the 8th gen i7 was on sale for Black Friday. I use this computer for work and, occasionally, Photoshop. I'll admit I was a little bummed to see that there are no USB ports, but I guess USB-C will be a standard feature moving forward.

I did extensive research on this laptop prior to purchasing it. I also used my friends as guinea pigs and had them buy it first. All three of us are happy with the laptop. It does run a bit hot at times at the bottom but overall beautiful laptop with smooth performance. Would recommend

This laptop is light weight, battery that lasts a day easily, sometimes more, and the solid state memory is lightning fast. Have not had any glithces thus far; all the routine notifications for driver updates and other recommended upgrades have gone without a hitch. My only concern is that the battery is not user-replaceable. Soooo when the battery conks out I'll have to take it in to Best Buy and I'm not sure how much that's going to cost, hence the 4 stars.

It is very light but very powerful laptop with touch screen. Mostly, I use it as a tablet with 13.3 inches screen.

As a full-time college student that also works full time, I require an easy-to-use, long lasting, easily portable device. And this device is just it! The only complaint I have is how heated it becomes after an hour or so of use, but other than that I am beyond pleased with its many features. I love using it for Netflix as much as I love doing homework on it. I am not much of a "techy" person but I assure anyone would be happy if they purchase this laptop.

Silver in color. Model was exactly as the black $ 1,400 he version (minus the HD). Could not ask for anything better! Do we really need HD on a going to school computer?? No we don't. Highly recommended for about $1,000.

We liked the first HP Spectre so well that we bought another one. The only trouble we had with the first one was the mouse gave out. I see they have made some improvements on this new one. I like the electricity plug on the right better,and more air vents. It's also even faster.

This 2 in 1 laptop is a beauty. It has a sophisticated IOS that is capable of keeping up with my network and daily work demands, tasks & duties. I haven’t had any issues with the software. I highly recommend this device to anyone who is in the market for a new laptop. I wasn’t wanting to spend more than $1k but the product I originally purchased was slightly less than $1k but it had software issues. It was not an HP, but it was in the same bracket / category with regards to sophisticated & advanced 2 in 1 devices. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase even though it costed me about $400 more than the 1st device I originally purchased for slightly less than $1k. Luckily I was able to exchange the first device with Best Buy & just pay the difference. Geek squad / BB were very helpful & made the process painless, quick & easy. The only thing that I wasn’t impressed with is the fact that this device doesn’t have too many ports (only 1 USB port and 2 type C USB ports, which one is used to plug in the device & charge it; & 1 Aux port for headphones) so I had to purchase an external hub that would allow me to have a micro SD Card reader, HDMI port capabilities, & more USB ports for additional flash drives etc). The external hubs are pricey and mine was just shy of $100. I was able to Bluetooth my Surface Arc Touch Mouse which was a plus & that frees up not having to plug a USB Into the device for a wireless mouse. The touch pad is larger on this device but it takes some time getting adjusted to your liking and preferences with regards to where you touch to click. Copy and paste can only be done from the bottom right of the touch pad or you can use ALT+X, C, or V for those commands. It does not have an internal CD ROM reader/writer which probably isn’t a necessity these days since you can download most drivers from the product websites.
