An RC car or RC drone is 10,000 times more fun

I bought two of these ball a while back thinking if it's fun, i'd share with my folks at family party. Rolling an RC ball was not anything fun. The response was bad controlled via an iTouch, iPad. I played one ball for a few minutes then put it away ... forever. The second ball's still in the package. None of the balls made it to my family parties.

So I haven't played with it except for the first day. People keep saying you can program it but I don't get how to.
