Over a good phone for the money. Speaker is excellent but has trouble picking up all of the conversation.

Very poor with respect to volume!

For an item that boasts it can be heard in a 20' by 20' room, the volume is awful! We could barely hear the people on the other line. They could hear us fine, we just had to strain to hear them. I called Spracht for technical support/customer service and they were extremely rude about the whole thing offering no solutions. It was more of a so sad, too bad type of conversation.
