Day one of owning it the mop attachment came appart. The long tube from the handle to the mop head is hollow with a smaller tube running through it. That tube would come out everh time i detached the mop from the handle. This went on for the entire year i had owned it.

There is no handle for you to carry it around, you need to drag it using the hose, I'm just hoping the will last long due to steam and pulling the machine where you want to mop or steam.

The water gets plenty hot but it actually melts the attachment, so.. The you can scrub the plastic off your tile that you just wrote on like a crayon.
