This mic sounds awesome great build quality. Also, the setup is very easy.

So out of all the mics to get. I chose this after watching All the reviews on YouTube and I’m happy with what I got. Excellent quality, the steelseries software is dope with sound settings EQs. So if you got steelseries speakers, or non-steelseries speakers the EQs are great. I would but again if needed.

what a waste of money, stopped working for no reason and won’t turn on, what a shame.

The sound quality from the microphone is just amazing. My voice was picking up crystal clear every from a distance. I don’t have a boom bar, so the mic sits on my desk to the side of my monitor, yet it picks up my voice as if i were speaking right into it. Honestly never seen a microphone this good and some people may find that as a stretch, but it’s my honest opinion. PS: If all your audio stops working, check the sonar software to make sure the selected audio devices for your virtual audio devices werent switched to the alias one. That was the only setup issue I had.

Very good if you find on sale as at its msrp over priced. I got it for $169 well worth it for that but anything more you can do better. It dounds very good but not great.

Amazing quality and sound, super crips high and lows

I think the mic is actually much better than i expected. The only thing i dont like is the program they recommend installing for steelseries equipment.

Loving the product have had other mics in the past from other companies i like this one the best so far. Like how it also goes with sonar im lazy and that program jist makes everything easy.

This mic was originally for gaming but also works incredible for work and calls. The value is incredible with the included dac and stand. I used an aux cable to tie in my razer nommo pro setup. Overall works great!

The SteelSeries Alias Pro XLR Microphone is one of the best stand alone PC microphones I have ever used. Great sound and pickup range. It feels very solid and each component seems well made.

Having worked with microphones for a long time, this really suprised me with how good it was. I heavily recommend it to anyone who is looking to get into any type of audio related recording.

My buddies even notice a clear difference (for the greater good) over the El Gato Wave Mic. The noise cancellation is supperb, glad I switched.

Mic setup was easy and the audio quality is great! It doesn’t pick up background noise which is a plus.

I used old parts from upgrading my PC to make a another PC and decided to try making a dual stream setup. Long story short I was having tons of audio issues. This helped with allowing me to split the audio up between both PC's how I wanted it to work out. I did need to get help from a friend through discord in order to troubleshoot the setup itself, after doing so its has work really good and I have no complaints.

No complaints easy to set up and my buddies say they can hear me clearly and you dont have to be to close to your mic for them to hear you good at not picking up noises around you. Love the mic

This is a beautiful mic, and its so nice of them to give out the software for free — but not so nice that they dont seem to mention anywhere on here (or hid it well if they do) that their Sonar software, and therefore all of the advanced features of the mic, DO NOT WORK with Apple/Mac. It seems borderline criminal that so many manufacturers advertise their products as multi-platform, saying they work with Mac, yet build software only for PC. It would be nice if Best Buy would help its customers out a bit here by requiring bold notification for all products that have only limited use or functionlity with Apple OS / iOS since theyre so happy to promote those same Apple products for purchase. Boooo on both Steelcase AND Best Buy for that.
