thought of keyboard I’ve ever used. You can put GIFs on the OLED screen which is really funny and he also the color changes through the software is really dope and there’s really nothing bad about this keyboard aside from it having two USB ports that you would need to use since it is a very power demanding keyboard but if you got the motherboard in the space

The SteelSeries Apex Pro V2 is a real looker—slick, colorful, and just about the nicest keyboard you’ll ever lay hands on. Those adjustable switches feel custom-built, and the RGB lighting? Lord, it’ll light up your desk like the Ferris wheel at the county fair. It’s got all the makings of perfection, but, well, it’s got its moods too.
Sometimes, you bring it outta sleep, and it just sits there like a mule that don’t wanna move. Other times, it gets stuck in some kinda boot loop, like it’s trying to think too hard. Only way to fix it is to restart the thing, which feels like settin’ it back on the straight and narrow. She’s temperamental, sure, but when it’s workin’ right, there ain’t a keyboard out there I’d rather be tappin’ on.

I had to buy as soon as I felt how quick and smooth these keys are.
They’re not clicky which is how I prefer and they’re extremely fast making even typing fun.
The steel series engine is what really lets the keyboard shine and stand out.
Every single key is customizable and each can have its own individual effect.
It comes with a neat screen that you can customize to display anything your imagination can conjure up.
100% satisfied with my purchase.

Great keyboard. Keys are buttery smooth. I did end up swapping it for a TKL as my mouse was hitting the number pad. In my new model, I do have the PRISM keys. If you get this, they are a must and feel really great. I love this wrist rest as well. I have had no issues with the SteelSeries engine software. Others talk down to it, but it uses lower memory, and is simple to navigate unlike synapse.

Didn’t see a need for the wrist rest on previous keyboards but after trying this out, I see what all the hype is now. I love this keyboard, it’s a great choice if you enjoy mechanical keys and want comfort for that carpel tunnel.

The keys feel so smooth and the adjustable actuation point is top notch for the price. However, if you are using the "GG" software, prepare to look at your custom keyboard profile change colors and gif animations gimp out in a couple of days. Their software is atrocious and seems to make the functionality of the keyboard worse than the built in settings itself. Reset the keyboard and never use the software again.
Otherwise it's basically the best keyboard i have ever used with the best RGB. However do realize that not every key is the optomechanical switch. Number row and function keys use Cherry MX reds which are scratchy and awful to use compared to better keys but at least they're not blues.

I love this keyboard so much, the lights, the design, the customization, the software, the oled screen, everything about this keyboard is great and the fast Omni point switches make it amazing for gaming. It’s just a all around amazing keyboard!

First time buying a gaming keyboard and it’s perfect! Clicking isn’t too loud, you can adjust the actuation and brightness right on the screen built in the keyboard. Overall 10/10!

Best keyboard I have used. Easy to clean, easy to use. The wrist rest is definitely a game changer. It is super comfortable. If I had one complaint, the keystrokes are quite loud when compared to the typical keyboard or even other top quality keyboards.

Having gone through a number of different keyboards of various brands including but not limited to Corsair, RAZER, and more, I landed on this beauty finally and I haven't looked back. It just has everything I need in a gaming keyboard for me. The software is quite versatile and allows a multitude of customization for each key. Highly recommended!

After having the Corsair K95 for years I finally decided to switch over to this keyboard after hearing so many great things about it. I’m completely happy with that decision as the features and the feel of the keyboard totally makes up for the hefty price!
Perfect amount of clickiness and it’s not too loud

My bf goes nowhere without this keyboard. It’s super portable and he cannot live without it. As he said it has the perfect clickiness and it’s not too loud for me. It drove me insane hearing both our keyboards hashing away but once he got this one don’t worry about adding to the noise with my keyboard.

Pleased with purchase. Reviewed many keyboards before deciding on the Apex Pro. Moved up from a older Razor mechanical. The color thing is nifty but unnecessary....I leave mine on white. Very pleased with the ability to adjust the actuation...I like the OmniPoint switches.....got tired of the "click" from the old Razor.

Great keyboard with great feeling while typing. I came from a membrane keyboard and now I hate the feeling of the membrane keyboard after using this. The keys are much lighter to touch but that is adjustable which is very unique. I feel that I type way faster with much greater response. The RGB is cool as well.

Very high quality keyboard. Good satisfying clicks, very good quality materials, top of the line features and terrific RGB. Absolutely perfect for my battle station.

We tested several gaming keyboards and this one seemed perfect for what we were looking for. My son uses it for gaming and I use the computer for photo editing and typing. It is a good keyboard for multiple uses. We LOVE all the colors you can customize on the keyboard as well. We made a GREAT choice!

If you catch it on sale for $150 get it. I feel at that price it’s a steal. I have 8 boards this ones up there with my 2 customs. At the $150 range why buy a huntsman. The apex pro feels and sounds amazing.
Actuation profiles for every task. You can work or play at ease.

I have the Corsair K95 Platinum, K63 and K57. None of those keyboards feels as solid and types as smoothly as the Apex Pro. Although this keyboard is pricier than all of those mentioned, its solid quality, smooth keystrokes and amazingly customizable RGB options more than justify its price.
