Customers consistently note the Arctis GameBuds offer good sound quality, comfortable fit, and satisfactory battery life. The inclusion of a USB-C dongle slot and effective active noise cancellation are appreciated features. Some find the bass response could be improved. The availability of numerous EQ presets and low latency 2.4Ghz wireless support are also positives.

Earbuds are supposed to be xbox certified and should be easily connected like headphones, they were not recognized by the console and I was unable to make a connection.

Welp. Hate that I had to give a lower review because when worked, it was great. 1st lasted not a few months before right bud went out. Rma was completed, and then the new one also did the same issues, not even after 2 weeks. Maybe I just got lucky with bad sets, but im serverly disappointed.

The sound quality is mediocre, and the firmware has been buggy for me, producing noises when ANC is activated, which makes the feature unusable. Otherwise, it’s an interesting concept and a decent starting point for such products, but it’s not fully polished yet.

The first pair BB shipped me the right ear didn't work. So i talked to customer service which is great and they returned them for another pair. Needless to say these work and customer service was great and the return process wasn't hard. Thanks to BB

They work for gaming and have bluetooth for my phone.

Perfect for what we needed. The mic isnt the greatest, but not a deal breaker. It's less obnoxious than the huge gaming headsets and can be used out and about too.

These are not ready for mainstream. Serious lack on SteelSeries part to make these usable.
Cons:
- When used in Bluetooth mode, they are a choppy static mess, which you can't make out anything going on.
- Getting these to actually work in Wireless mode.
- After you get them working in wireless mode, then turn them off, then back on, all wireless mode settings are gone.
- The separate earbuds do not sync. Sometimes just one will start playing.
- The "Sonar" software from SteelSeries GG, is very buggy, it attempts to make virtual audio devices to separate out the different streams. Which can be great, if/when it works.
Pros:
If you can ever get them to work right in wireless mode, they are amazing. However the moment you take them off, good luck getting them back in wireless mode
I wanted some ear buds for my PC, but these apparently are not them, I had high hopes as Steelseries generally knows what they are doing with audio devices.

I've had them for a little over a month now and the left earbud stopped working. Besides that these are good. I've done a reset and checked the connection.

I was skeptical about buying this due to the hot and cold reviews. I pulled the trigger and I don’t regret it at all. I bought them as an alternative and they became my primary.

Barely functions and loses connections all the time across multiple devices tested.
Plug it behind your PC? Is there a desk in the way? Connection problems.
Trying to use it on your phone? Randomly disconnects from your phone even if it's just in your pocket on bluetooth mode.
The connectivity is so bad, that whenever it disconnects from my PC for example, I have to physically go behind my PC so there's a "clear" signal from the airbuds to the receiver dongle.

If you are looking for gaming ear buds, these are perfect. A lot of features and are not annoying as over the ear headphones for gaming.
