Very comfortable. Good quality, durable. Sound quality is loud with bass, treble, mid quality is amazing with the use of the amp that can sync directly from your phone.

Gave it 4 star for the bad mic quality
Otherwise this mic is amazing, my girlfriend says it doesnt feel like its grabbing her head to much which is good for long sessions.

Sound is great, my only dislike is the echo that I can't figure out how to get rid of. I don't need to hear myself when playing games and I'm in a discord chat.

Bought for my wife and she loves it. Great sound and build quality and she likes the extendable mic. Don't know anything about the software side and she doesn't like messing with it and I haven't gotten a chance to look.

My son has went through many sets of headphones before we found the Steelseries, best headphones ever! Quality sound, no static. An all around great headphone.

The headset audio is very good only problem is the Bluetooth sucks like it pops in and out every .5 seconds so it gives you a headache and basically no audio the 2.4hz audio is perfect other than having to connect via Bluetooth then switch to 2.4hz audio and then there’s 5 different versions of the headset. Gaming, audio, and etc… if it doesn’t give any issues (it always does) connecting it’s a perfect headset. Also there’s no recent things to help you with fixing it. So you gotta figure it out by yourself
