It does a poor job cancelling noise, and I cant tell if its because the firmware is out of date. unfortunately the app wont let me update the firmware and support was honestly pretty rude and unhelpful when I tried to get help in fixing it. will be shopping a different brand moving forward because up until now I have had nothing but good things to say about steelseries.

Overpriced average headset.

Yes there is a detail settings but their complicated for the average person to understand.

Youll always hear a little static in the background. They stopped working in about 6 months and I had to disassemble them and reassemble and it somehow started working. Buy Logitech or HyperX anything but these unless you wanna end up sending them into a wall at mach 3.
