An upgrade in just about every department over my previous headset the razer blackshark V2 pro wireless. Audio mixing software is some of the most in depth available. The comfort is great, I did not have issues with the noise canceling nubs that some people have had with the ear cups. The swappable batteries and able to connect with Bluetooth for music and calls while gaming is a game changer.build quality is unreal. A tad overpriced but unparalleled by any other options on the market.

Good lawd. I saw these things released and I rushed to upgrade. Drove 3 hours even. I got them, got home, unboxed them and put them on. It fit like they were a custom fit glove. I turned them on and it felt as if thanos had snapped and I was fizzling into dust. I was floating through the sound waves. Then I found the extra battery. And I creamed I mean screamed. Sorry typo. Anyways these puppies are the best wireless headphones I've had to date. They have some amazing sound settings too. You can choose to hear nothing around you or be aware of your surroundings. Its pretty amazing. I never knew I needed it until I had it. So now if my mom is yelling at me to get my crusty sock out of the bathroom i can hit a button to hear her more clearly. No more taking off the headset and putting it back on. And the distance on these bad boys??! I can explore all of narnia and it stays connected. They are seriously amazing. If you can do it i highly recommend you try them out.

If you take gaming seriously, whether competitive or casual, the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is worth the investment. It gives you pro-level features, reliable performance, and versatility. I’d give it 5 stars for overall gaming experience. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the best gaming headsets I’ve owned. The combination of features, comfort, and sound performance makes it perfect for both competitive play and long hours in front of the screen. The ANC (active noise cancellation) does a solid job of cutting out background distractions, and the transparency mode is great when I need to hear something (like someone talking or a doorbell) without taking the headset completely off.

Replaced my Logitech headset with these. May be a hard sell for most people at their price point. If you can get these even at a slight discount you will definitely enjoy them. This is a great pairing of quality sound and gaming headset features. Audio quality: 4.5/5 Build quality: 5/5 Setup: 5/5 Features: 5/5 My likes: Having multiple inputs and the ability to have bluetooth and your primary usb c connection playing at the same time is pretty nice. Listening to music on my phone while playing games is wonderful. Device shows up as multiple output sources in windows that you can select within discord. Which you can then use the volume knob to adjust game/chat mixture while in a session. Discord/Game audio balancing is a pain to get right especially while streaming. This makes it easier. Each battery lasts for multiple days so you'll pretty much never run out of power. If, on the off, chance you completely ignore the battery level icon on the hub; it takes less than a minute to swap out battery. Hub shows you battery life on both the one charging and headsets. Complaints: The sidetone and bass. You want to be able to hear yourself so that you do not speak louder than natural due to ear muffling. The Sidetone on these is very minimal, even with it maxed out at 10. Bass is not quite enough for my liking in music but still enough for most things. If they release a 50mm driver version with the same mid/high quality sound but more punchy lows; I'd be all over that. Although it could be audio adjustments on my end as I'm still learning the SONAR EQ in the app.

This is by far the best headset I've ever owned amazing quality for a steep price but it is worth the money if you love competitive game like I do sound quality is amazing it's super light so it feels like nothing is on the swappable battery makes it great for those 14+ hour gaming sessions or if you tend to forget to charge headsets the steel series gg software make customization easy and you can fine to to your perfect audio file

Comfort? Check! Sound quality? Check! Battery life? Check! Check! These headphones are a joy to use! Ear pads and headband are extremely comfortable, even after hours of use! The sound is crisp, clear and immersive. You get two, that’s right two batteries! The base charges one while you are using the other so you’re never without power! And you can use them wired too! Worth every penny!

I’ve had these for about a week, and I use them with my PC. Overall, they are AMAZING, especially if you buy some WC aftermarket cushions - it elevates the comfort, and overall feel of the headphones. I have one issue, and that issue being sometimes when I have multiple things happening in my computer, for example Spotify playing, games being played, and using discord at the same time, or any variation of two audio inputs, my Audio goes through “dips” that slow down the audio, and reduces the audio quality crazy for half a second, then the full audio comes back(this happens for about 5-10 minutes cutting out every other 10 seconds before seemingly disappearing for a few hours). I have yet been able to find a fix, doing a combination of using the Sonar/ Steelseries GG application, and not using it at all. That is the ONLY issue I have with this headset. Overall, 9/10. Could be 10/10 if the Audio issue could be fixed, as I’ve seen lots of online forums saying this isn’t that uncommon of an issue. Not entirely sure if it’s just a mechanical issue, or an issue with my computer. Also, the ability to connect via Bluetooth, and 2.4 wireless is amazing. The days of annoying my friends with instagram reels are over!! Aside from that one audio issue, AMAZING, and totally worth the price.

These headphones are great if you are like me and need them to primarily be a gaming headset but also use them for music and audio, work, and more. Having dual connections and Bluetooth makes them very functional. Comfort is great while the sound is pretty good it's definitely not HiFi

Great headset. Easy to use. Very comfortable. The two batteries included make it very easy to swap out and continue gaming. Fantastic sound and an amazing Sonar software to customize your sound. The dock also provides many features to customize the way you can use the headset. Overall, would highly recommend.

Upgrading from Astro A50’s. Using for my PC. Sound quality is very good. Software is easy to use. Comfortable and being able to hit swap batteries for extended use is awesome. Can set Bluetooth to turn on automatically so it connects directly to my phone as soon as I start gaming and can continue to use with my phone even after I turn off the PC. The leather ear cups are comfy but can get warm for extended use in a warm room. Not a deal breaker though. I would recommend.

Best sound but not so great mic.

I have used practicall every high-end headset (cosair, logitech, razer, roccat, etc...) in search of the best, and this one comes pretty close but the only issue is the mic. The mic was a huge disappointment anr i sounds so muffled even when i use Steels software to make slightly better. This is terrible, considering the price, as Razer's Blackshark pro v2 2023 sounds so good but half the price, so Steel series has no excuse to skimp on the mic. I had to add a mod mic wireless to compensate for the bad mic. Besides that, everything else is awesome! The sound is so crystal clear and the profiles for fps'make footsteps as loud as they can be for that edge in games. ANC is also a great feature, when i got friends over the sound pass through mode works well and when I am alone the noise cancelling is perfect. The overall best feature is the true wireless ability this has as the hub charges a battery and the headset hold another, so swapping batteries when the headset one is out is a feature i never knew I needed. Overall a great headset but the mic needs to be either updated in the next version or just buy a seperate mic.

Solid product, nearly perfect. Swappable battery is unbeatable. Simultaneous WiFi and Bluetooth connection is a very nice quality of life feature I didn't know I needed. Slight high pitch tone when connected to Bluetooth and no audio is playing. I suspect many ears won't even be able to hear it. Connectivity is strong on wifi. I can maintain discord call quality through a floor into my basement without drops or stutters. There is one custom equalizer setting available through the base station. The base comes with many pre-made equalizer settings, but you must be able to connect to a Windows desktop to download additional presets and have more control over custom presets. The lack of a mobile app to push these updates is noticed. Active noise cancelling is not comparable to big players like Sony. Purchased in sale for for $280 USD. I recommend this product.

Nothing can ever be perfect but these cans are pretty good albeit disappointing in some aspects. They perform great for pc and my ps4. The sound is loud and phenomenal. Battery life is excellent! The wireless dac leaves things to be desired but you can tweak sound settings on the fly. So far Bluetooth has worked great. Now the short comings. There is no optical cable input so this headset is strictly for what it says its for. So no watching tv with these on. I tried. Also the setup is not designed for Nintendo switch as it claims which leaves the user to tweak the programable custom settings and adjust to your liking otherwise the sound is way too low and can get distorted. Also dont forget to turn the volume all the way up on your switch. Took me awhile to figure that part out. Lastly this isnt noise canceling like it claims but there is a difference in sound transmission with noise canceling off. My ears do start to sweat a little after a long gaming session. Lastly these are comfortable and the speaker that protrudes inward that causes some discomfort in many users didnt affect me. The shape of everyones ears is different. Shame on steelseries for not taking this into account. Overall i think theyre worth the money but like everyone else that releases good products i would like steelseries to make a version of these cans that are more premium even if it comes with a higher price tag.

Sound is excellent, with a whole plethora of settings and tools. Being able to recharge one battery while using the other is handy and its not complicated to swap them. Mic quality is good enough for gaming and Discord use. If i wanted something better the go to is a stand mic anyways. The Dac is a cool new device which was easier than I expected to use and find a home for on my desk. Everything from ANC, Sidetone, and eq presets for Baldur's Gate 3 and a bunch of other games. Swapping between PC and Ps5 is quick and painless. The headphones are solid construction wise and comfy enough to wear them for 8+ hours and not have any fatigue. Overall its a solid investment and a nice upgrade from my Arctis 7s.
