For what you spend on these headsets, they should be much more comfortable. The nipple inside the headsets bruise your ears after use. Like a lot of the convenience features for ease of use but, for $350, the audio should be MUCH better and they inside cup of the headsets shouldn't bruise your ears. I'll stick with my Audeze Maxwell headsets. Sound quality blow these out of the water, for a $50 less

Headphones would be great, but comfort for all was not thought about when designing these headphones. Everything is great except the nubs in the middle of the drivers. I believe this is for the noise cancellation, but its a big miss. If your ears aren't shaped perfectly they will be pressed against this hard nub sticking out and its just plain uncomfortable. This is the first product of steel series I've owned, and don't recommend unless you are lucky enough to have the perfectly shaped ears.

Quality feels great, sound is very nice and I would recommend it to others, especially over the sony ps5 headset.

Its been only one year and in one year my mic is having so many issues for a 300 headset i would spected to have a 2 year warranty at least the headset just passes its warranty the worst part is that i had time to claim but i thought it was a software issue but no the mic is just trash after a year that's why they only do a year cause they know that it wont last more than a year while their competitors do 2 years so yeah dont buy this headset

My arctis Dac started glitching 6 months in it wouldnt turn on.I tried contacting steel series but its really hard to get a hold of them no customer service stay away. 350 dollars down the drain.

Had the headset for less then 2 months and could hardly hear from them because they had so much static.

Best headset I've ever owned was expensive though.

Overall a great headset but keep having issues with the mic and feedback even with the smallest of sounds in the house

Bought these as a Christmas present however we will be returning them as the sound quality is not good both in and out.

These are ok. I had the turtle beach stealths and they stopped working all of a sudden but were actually better than these I believe. These headsets are really uncomfortable and the game sounds drains out the chat sound. Not worth the price at all. Turtle beach are way better than these.

These are the worst headphones I've ever owned. Non stop issues from day one. Robotic distorted audio for 30 seconds about every hour or so. Constant disconnects. Every time I reboot my pc it's like flipping a coin as to whether the microphone constantly disconnects and reconnects. The sound quality, when they work, is mediocre at best, They are pretty comfortable, so I've got that going for me, which is nice.

These are the worst headphones i've ever owned. After a few weeks, they will not pair with devices, or they will say they are paired but either not play audio or will skip horribly. Either way, they are 100% unusable. Even trying to put an aux cord in to use them wired does not work. The noise cancelling also does not work. White noise/static is not noise cancelling. What a joke.

TERRIBLE HEADSET. This is arguably the worst headset I've ever used. It's heavy, the earcups suck. There's an ANC knob that pokes your ear. Connectivity issues all the time, I'll switch the batterys and it will completely stop working in discord. I have to restart my PC to get it working again. Garbage headset, don't buy. The only positive is the hot swappable batteries. Wouldn't pay 150 for these.

I bought the steelseries arctis nova pro wireless headphones hoping to get a great sound quality and comfort for gaming and music. But I was very disappointed with this product. The headphones are heavy and bulky, and they hurt my ears after a few minutes of wearing them. The sound quality is also terrible, the bass is weak and the treble is harsh. The wireless connection is unstable and often drops out. The battery life is also very short, I had to charge them every few hours. The only good thing about these headphones is the microphone, which is clear and noise-canceling. But that's not enough to justify the high price tag. I would not recommend these headphones to anyone. They are a waste of money and time.

Buy the XBox version isntead. This one is the same headset as that, but this one does not support Xbox. The Xbox version supports all consoles, this one does everything but xbox. You will be paying the same price for less functionality.

These are not great. Difficult to use. Heavy on your head. Clamping force is an issue. Needs better ear cups.
