Not sure what happened, but now when I try to use these headsets the left and right sounds are coming from the wrong side. I reinstalled the drivers and Steel series GG. It appears to be the software,as not installed, the headphones work properly. For this price things should work. Needless to say they are back on the shelf and not really useable.

I purchased these to replace my old a50s/my beoplay portals. After using them for months I am writing my first review. Because these are that bad. One of the batteries has stopped working. The audio synching is a nightmare to work with compared to other products and the mic just doesnt work with the headset most of the time. Look at other options.

Constant crackles and static sound. This is the second pair right out of the box that does this. Speaking with employees this is typical with headsets but extremely frustrating and and too annoying to use.

So far so good. My first expensive pair I’ve bought. Love the extra battery and the battery life. You’ll never have a dead battery. The mute feature is nice as well.

The SONAR experience is horrible. I returned these and bought the A50's X. Go with those. These are garbage.

Completely unsatisfied!!! The headset worked great for one month, then started a screeching feedback sound from the mic. I unpaired and repaired multiple times, reset it multiple times. And it will not go away. The headset is brand new and has zero damage. Steelseries will not replace it and best buy will not exchange it!! I shop at Best Buy all the time, and was about to buy a 3000 dollar gaming computer from them, but after this experience I will no longer shop at bestbuy again nor buy a steelseies product again!

very uncomfortable for people with slightly bigger ears due to the speaker hitting your ears. keep your money or look up reviews on them. costing more money doesn't always mean more quality.

After using the Arctis Pro Wireless for a few years, I was looking forward to the new Nova Pro Wireless for the multi system switching and improved hotswap battery feature (earcups hold a small enough charge to not require you to turn the headset and any Bluetooth connection back on when swapping). These features worked amazingly well. But the comfort was terrible and I have small to average sized ears.

The 10 minutes I spent with these on my head setting them up and testing them out was 30 minutes ago, and my ears still hurt. Terribly, brutally uncomfortable. Shocked that there are adults on here using this and not complaining like their head is in a vice. Does the audio quality make up for it? Absolutely not. Even if these felt like wearing a cloud I'd be returning them. They sound terrible. The little controller box is cool, I'll give them that.

It has great sound but for the price it is not worth it. Poor bluetooth connecting and set up. Nice but definitely not worth it. Ended up buying the PlayStation headphones on sale at Sam’s Club and it is definitely more than enough

Makes a high pitched screaming noise, support wont do anything and just tries to stall me. I’m done with steelseries, they don’t care about making good products or supporting them. You have been warned.

    Stabs you in the ear

There is a metal component in the center of the earcups that sticks out of the cloth and stabs you in the ear. A lot of reviews on Reddit will confirm this. Also, the EQ software only works on PC. The module it connects to wirelessly is hardwired so if you want to use the volume knob or EQ it through the module you'll most likely have to get up to do it.

Amazing headset, but pay attention when you purchase, if you notice here on the description it says PS5 and PS4 which is literally innacurate since this headset specifically talks about the multi system receiver but because it states that it is for PS5 and PS4 “only” they want to charge you a $130 protection plan instead of the accurate one which is under another SKU where the protection plan is only $70.

    SteelSeries nova pro wireless

These headphones really are amazing I had the Astro A50s for my ps5 and the entire setup for it was an absolute nightmare to make it compatible with the PlayStation 5 due to the ps5 not having an optical audio port also with the Astro A50s you can only use them with gaming consoles/pcs where as with these you can use them as a gaming headset or if you really wanted to you can turn on the Bluetooth on the headset and connect your phone as well. they’re a lot lighter than the Astros and the battery swap out mechanic is hands down the best feature ever not to mention the audio quality and noise canceling is amazing for a gaming headset. i definitely recommend these to anybody looking to spend some cash on a great quality headset.
