Had the Astro a50 which I loved, but the firmware and updates would regularly break the headset. Since buying these I’ve had 0 issue with anything of the sort and the sound quality is terrific

So happy I got these for my daughter. She is in Nintendo Gaming Competitions and said the sound quality of these headphones is “awesome”. It was a birthday present that she requested.

It's a good pair of headphones. The one thing I don't like is e-waste and that's what this product is if your prone to loose things. I tried contacting steel series seeing if I could buy just the headphones to which was no unfortunately. It's an amazing pair of headphones regardless and you can definitely have a clearer sense of footsteps. The software is nice and easy to use and comes with various profiles for what game your playing (like csgo, r6, dead by daylight, etc.) Pros: - The sound quality is immaculate. - Battery life is basically infinite since you can plug the battery in the receiver. Cons - Headband stretchiness over time seems to decrease. - If you loose the headphones, you can't just buy headphones from steel series. You have to buy another set. --- The only downside to these is if you loose the headset like me somehow, steel series won't let you purchase a headset separately which results in e-waste which blows.

Sounds great and love the ability to swap batteries. It comes with 2 so if one dies just swap it with the one inside the base which also charges the battery. You can also plug it the phone while you play to listen to music, grab a call, listen to YouTube or podcast etc

The headphones are nice. They are comfortable, fit nice and have really nice sound quality. You have a little audio tool that comes with the headphones that allows you to play with the trep bass etc. Other features as well I highly recommend them.

These headphones are excellent. The sound quality is great even with preset settings and the noise cancellation works well for me in terms of in-game performance and immersion. The feature I like most, perhaps the most basic among many, is the frame/build. Extremely well made product; strong material, very sturdy. They can handle mileage. Nothing worse than spending $200-$300 on headphones that break at the joints after 6-8 months of normal wear and tear. The only issue I had was the stock ear pads are too shallow and the ANC piece will poke your inner ear which SUCKS after like 30-45 minutes of use. Purchased custom pads and solved the problem. A minor hiccup but everything’s gravy now. I’d recommend them to a friend.

Great headphones, crystal clear and connects easily. Wish the box to control it had more than the 1 dial. It'd be nice to adjust like bass and treble manually instead of the app

It’s the best headphone that I’ve ever used! Imagine when your battery dies you can just switch the other fully charged battery and now your headphone is 100% charged again!

Ok this is pricey but honestly ive never had a better chat audio, it sounds like my firends are in the room with me and this eliminates all feedback so on your end your chat will be 100% perfect. Audio wise you will have amazing suround sound and i forgot multiple tomes i was wearing the headset. Buy tgis its worth it

This headset puts my Astro A50 to shame. First thing about the headset is that setting it up takes less than 5 minutes. Sound is great with many presets to mess around with. Best part by far is the extra battery. While you use one battery the other one charges. Major downside is the mic, absolute garbage.

Nice headphones i like them alot. The price is a lil high though.

Love them, im on playstation 5 and the sound quality is amazing. You can create profiles on the pc and load them to the hub. Changing the bateries is super easy as well. No complaints whatsoever!

Great headset. I love the noice cancel technology and being able to swap batteries on the fly.

Can listen to music and play games at the same time on PlayStation 4 and play music on my phone sounds really good noise cancellation is good and swapping batteries is easy so they are always charged and ready to go a bit pricey but worth it

The person sneaking up behind me in the game is no longer an issue, however the wife sneaking up on me is now the issue with the noise cancelation. Great headset, long battery life and easy change over to a new battery during intense moments of the game.

Needlessly confusing. Bloated, confusing software. Mediocre build quality. ANC/Noise cancelling so bad you couldn’t tell if it was one or not. I really hated these. I wanted something with high quality audio for zoom calls. Sometimes they’d work great, other times the audio would inexplicably not work. Restarting my computer would often be the only solution to get them to connect again. Issues persisted on both my M4 Mac and Win11 computer. When they work they’re *fine* but the 10% of time they don’t is unacceptable for the price point. For context, I’m a data engineer and a huge tech nerd and still found these awkward and confusing to get working. Not worth it. Switched to a Logitech headset and haven’t had a single issue across my Mac and Windows devices.

Headphones are decent, they cut out occasionally. 2nd battery is nice for those who dont remeber to charge headset.

Best pair of gaming headphones I’ve had. I’ve had a pair Astro A40 TR before since a PS3. When I finally decided to upgrade I went with these and it was the best I can make. Great quality and sound and comfortable. Really great for play COD.

Great headset. Love the double batteries. So if it dies you can just switch them out and your back to playing. Sound quality is amazing. Hoping my buddies can switch to this in the future when they are do for a new one.

Love em sound is crisp volume is easy to control. Pairing is not a problem.
