Great headset, love the ecosystem. Have my PC & Playstation hooked up and i can go from one to the other seamlessly

The good: Sound quality is excellent, as is positional audio with the GG software. GameDAC 2 hotswappable battery removes charging downtime. Extremely comfortable to wear for long sessions. Great range on wireless, holds signal very well. The bad: Mic quality is mediocre at best, treble requires some EQ to work through. Cost at $350 is excessive and really not worth the premium over the Arctis Nova 7s. Definitely get them on sale if possible.

Not a bad headset at all, what I disliked about it was the mic. It’s basically a wire instead of hat material like the Astro A50s

One of the best headsets in the market. Insane for PS5 and PC. You can hear everything and pinpoint where the enemy is especially on FPS games.

Great headset, I have not had a problem with the fit like some reviews suggest but I did get the wicked cushions and headband although I have not installed them yet. Great for FPS and RPG’s these do a great job at letting you know where the foot steps are coming from. I have yet to adjust the EQ to enhance an already great surround sound experience.

Headphones work great with PS4, PS5, PC, Switch, and Bluetooth mobile devices.

Would recomend great for gaming and entertainment. Pretty good mic need one better.

Favorite gaming headset that I've ever owned. I run both my computer and PS5 with it, while using bluetooth to my phone.

Best headset I've owned. Extremely comfortable for extended sessions (easily 20+hrs). Noise cancellation is decent, nothing close to Airpods Pro but would work fine in an airplane or an environment with a similar noise floor. Hot swap battery makes these irreplaceable to me. The Steelseries GG software + the Sonar add-on is needed to get every feature and bit of performance out of these, but luckily they did a good job on that end as well. I even personally encountered a software bug and it was fixed within a week. Great company and an amazing product.

I have the wired version of these but with having the wireless option for these I’m completely happy. Great audio, and customizable.

Headphones sound great but once in a while they loose signal and sound distorted, only happens once in a while but very distracting from the gaming experience

Using this with a PS5, after my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 started having issues. Easy to set up, very nice sound, very professional feel and make. The Sonar feature they talk about a lot doesn't apply if you're using it with consoles (Sonar is PC only.) My only negative is there just aren't many suggestions for specific sound setups for specific games outside of a couple of MMO shooters. Well, that and the price - it's expensive. If you're just a casual once in a while gamer something less expensive will probably be fine.

These are great. Everything about them. The best part that I didn’t even know till I set them up is they come with two batteries so one charges in the tuner while the other is in use. You never have to plug them in it’s awesome. The sound and tune ability is great also. I highly recommend these!

Bought this mainly for use with my PS5. Comes with two batteries, one arrived unusable, and customer support seemed unable to comprehend the issue, to the point that I gave up trying. The headphones themselves regularly have issues with digital/distorted sound, even with the transmitter a couple feet away and unobstructed. Sound quality is pretty good when they work. Disappointed that I spent the money on these and ended up with as many, if not more, problems.

Best gaming headset I’ve had. I even use it away from gaming with my phone to listen to podcasts and music. Pretty good sound quality and noise cancellation. Fits my head well and doesn’t pressure my head at all. Mic is good quality and comes with a pop filter. The software is great when using with a pc and you can make it even better with choosing settings for your liking.

These headphones are great and the ability to switch out batteries on the fly makes it very worthwhile.

Great product. My last headset quit working so I replaced it with this one.
