Overall i believe this headset is amazing but am not too sure if its worth tgat much money i believe that the quality and sound is incredible but i just had a better experience with ps headset that was only 100 and had every option on the headset including noise cancellation but i belive that the sound on this headset beats the 100 dollar one by whole lot better sound for sure but overall its a great headset

I had the Astros A50/A40 and Turtlebeach and this headset from SteelSeries has been blessing from those. Astros might have the best sound but the functionality of these plus sound takes the cake. Astros doesn't last and their application is a headache plus their customers service is a complete joke. Steelseries is easy to use plus the adjustment with the EQ is fantastic. Swapping batteries is sych a breeze and long lasting. I love the ability to having one charge while the other is being used for a long time. 24hrs on diablo without changing batteries is wonderful. They are extremely comfortable as well

Gaming the sound quality was great.
For movies, music and chatting it also performed very well, there are better options for music and movies but these perform great as an all arounder.
The Sonar app for adjusting EQ is amazing.
Fit and comfort was fine for me but that varies per person, for me weight was fine, they didn't clamp too hard or make me hot.
You can get Wicked Cushion ear cups for more comfort.
The only reason I returned this headset was the mic volume was too low making it difficult for my friends to hear me, I tried everything I could to fix the issue but had no luck without compromising audio quality.
An internet search showed that this was a common problem on this headset sadly.

Got this headset to use for switching between devices at work.
I have a desktop personal PC and a laptop work computer that I hooked this up to. Easy to install and configure, however I started noticing things as I went along....
The first thing is the output line would switch overnight to Stream from Speakers, causing the mic on the headset to talk through my speakers and into my headset every morning. Not a deal breaker, but annoying for the price.
Secondly, the device was fairly uncomfortable on my ears (which are larger). After a meeting was over, I just wanted to take the headset off my head.
Lastly, I had noise when listening through the headset in my right ear. When I disconnected the headset, that line noise was now present on my speakers. Taking the line from the speakers and connecting directly to my PC caused no issues. If the volume went above minimum on anything connected to the docking station, there was line noise.
At first, I thought the noise was a loud fan or something, but after figuring out that it was coming from the SteelSeries, I made the decision to return the headset. I have other headsets that work beautifully, they just don't have the functionality to switch between PC's without manual intervention.
At the end of the day, I can't recommend a headset that cost $240 more than my most expensive / best headset, but doesn't provide the experience I want.

Absolutely no issues, set up was a breeze. The sound quality is perfect for c.o.d and any other game. I have this paired with the ps5 and pro controller.

Big head approved. For PS5 use and works as it should out of the box. Simultaneous bluetooth connection while wireless playing is great for listening to music while playing Rocket League or grinding games. Clamp force is moderate to hard and earcups are on the small size compare to my Hyperx Cloud alpha S, will probably get aftermarket cooling gel earcups. Got them on sale for $280 at the Store, retail for $350.

Needlessly confusing. Bloated, confusing software. Mediocre build quality. ANC/Noise cancelling so bad you couldn’t tell if it was one or not.
I really hated these. I wanted something with high quality audio for zoom calls. Sometimes they’d work great, other times the audio would inexplicably not work. Restarting my computer would often be the only solution to get them to connect again.
Issues persisted on both my M4 Mac and Win11 computer. When they work they’re *fine* but the 10% of time they don’t is unacceptable for the price point.
For context, I’m a data engineer and a huge tech nerd and still found these awkward and confusing to get working. Not worth it. Switched to a Logitech headset and haven’t had a single issue across my Mac and Windows devices.

Everything about the headset is great...if you are on pc, i would wish they they add features to adjust your headset more on the PlayStation in the future but other than that an amazing pair

Worth every penny! The convenience of this is the battery! 44 HOURS?!?!?! I put these on and for days I couldn't figure out why the battery didn't die. Finally one of my buddies told me they heard a buzzing sound (I couldn't hear the sound), so I swapped the battery and put the new battery in it for recharge. It comes with 2 batteries ( in case you're wondering).
I love the features and there are various videos on Yourube that show you how to use it, if you're a beginner, so no need to worry.
I've heard sounds in my game that I didn't hear with my other headsets and I am not over-exaggerating!

Great noice cancelling, extremely comfortable. Love the removable battery so you never have to charge it. Stays wireless.
Excellent sound, much much better than the Sony headsets, I’ve had an Astro A40 for ages as well that this beats out. well worth it especially if you have a console and PC, you can easily swap between using it on console to use it on PC.
Love it
