Software required

It's not really a bad part from using this but it takes a while to learn how to use it properly, especially if you're using multiple different products on the computer.

Good, bad and the ugly

The material used helps keep off fingerprints too. The bad is the headband. If you are not small and you have a bigger head while the strap does stretch it provides a lot of pressure on the top of your head. You may end up like Tim if you know what I mean gamers. The worst was the mic did not work at all. I checked all settings and tried multiple devices and no luck.

Expensive headset for cheap price
