Great sound terrible mic

You basically have to have the mic in your mouth and be yelling for the xbox to register any input from you. Im using this on a xbox 1x. Returned it already the mic was definitely a deal breaker

Troubleshooting Nightmare

Installing and reinstalling audio drivers to get the mic to work properly. Steelseries doesn’t even have a support page for their own product, every other headset is listed except this one for FAQs or troubleshooting tips. Simply not worth the hassle or headache at any price.

Can't Connect to a PC

Then connected them to my main jack and still nothing. Really disappointing.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not a expert but I know a good headset when I get one, I don't know if its my Pc (By the way I'm using a ASUS ROG Zephyrus M15) But when I use the microphone on this headset it comes out loud and clear but if I play Audio from my headphones my friends can hear everything I hear like if they were wearing my headset, If your looking for headphones this is a good option there loud and have great sound quality not only that the bass is so good that its like having vibrators for your ears, And I'm gonna tell you that there pretty comfortable and durable to the whole headband and headphone mounts are metal so it can take a beating. So I'm gonna tell you there not exactly a headset but there pretty good headphones. also for you gamers the surround sound isn't all that great I'm gonna be returning these because I need a microphone I cant do this with a separate microphone.
