This is an older model, but the control box is a bit bulky, and I wish I could connect it via usb a or c. I am sad that they took the mixer wheel off of the headset (previously used Nova 7) because it is less convenient to use on the control box. The interchangeable batteries are a good switch though. Quality is good and the fit is nice with a lot of room for adjustment as it wears in.

I recently purchased the SteelSeries Arctis Pro from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and performance. As someone who spends a lot of time gaming and listening to music, I was looking for a headset that delivers both top-tier sound and long-term comfort—and the Arctis Pro definitely delivers.

Its a great headset, you are able to set an audio preset for different types of games. However was having issues with the audio cutting out while gaming.

They are very good beside connection which isnt frequient its amazing battery life excellent dont feel cheap

Great sound and very flexible in terms of range of devices and power usage.

I really like these headphones. I’m coming from the Astro A50. Bass is real nice love the crisp mids and highs. They’re also comfortable. Software is cool maybe a bit much for an old fella like myself. Overall worth the money. I got them on sale.

This headset was a game changer! it’s so comfortable and sits nicely on my head. the audio is perfect and the built in mic is very convenient!

Works perfectly on the PS5 unlocking the 3D sound. A must have!!!. Being able to charge one extra battery is a feat that should be added on all wireless headset.

I was hesitant to but this but after using this headset I’m happy I did. Great price and have two batteries and something to charger them is amazing

Got this during a 4th of July sale for half off! I love how the batteries charge faster than they deplete, so there's never a need to wait to game to charge my headphones. I also enjoy how the sleek look could allow me to bring this in public and not worry too much about it looking all gamery.

Easy to setup, sounds great and feels great on my head. No issues with the batteries and swapping them out it a breeze.

Overall disappointed in this product. I had a couple of experiences that influenced my review. At this price point the issues should not have been present. The following are details from my experience using this product with my Windows PC. Negatives: - Both batteries needed replacing right out of the box as they would not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours, regardless of whether they were charged whilst in the headset or docked in the receiver module. Would not last more than 2 hours and no where close to the advertised 20 hours. - Right headphone for this pair seems to have a loose connection as it consistently fails to produce sound and will cut in and out with head motion - Headset felt to be physically of a mediocre production quality and is comparable to other products that can be found in the $50-$100 range from other manufacturers. - Haptic feedback seemed to be nonexistent - Sound quality was good but in a comparison with another manufacturer's product at 1/5th the price, this headset did not have a depth or warmth experienced in the cheaper product which had the same size drivers and boasted identical frequency and impedance as the manufacturer specs for this set. Positive: - Headset fit comfortably - Receiver base shows clear and understandable information at a glance - Controls were easy to access and use after brief orientation, both on headset and on receiver - Sound capture quality for the microphone is excellent and noise reduction is effective - Microphone is sturdy and easily retracts - Excellent wireless connectivity range, maintains connection even through multiple physical barriers, seems to be of a stronger signal than advertised. When encountering the physical issues I did run through the recommended troubleshooting steps offered in the Knowledgebase on the Manufacturer's website, which obviously did not resolve these physical deficiencies. I have not attempted to contact the manufacturer for further troubleshooting but the lack of quality control leads me to be dubious of their efficacy.

Definitely a nice upgrade and I love the 2 battery packs so you don’t have to constantly charge the headset. The hub as well is a nice add on that makes things easier for volume and messing with the sound setting. The only thing I’d have to say is that it’s somewhat complicated to change from PS5 to PC, I was expecting it to be easy to change between them.

The best part is the hot swap battery. Great sound quality. Minimal setup needed

This headset works incredibly well with great sound and a nice sounding mic. One small issue is it has a light white noise sound when the headset is on but it is not noticeable during any gaming.

Worked exactly as I hoped they would. Setup was simple and efficient. Sound quality is insanely good. Was a bit wary after all the negativity around the size but they fit quite nicely (and I do have a big head). Got them on sale for 50% off so def worth it at that range.

Good parts first Sound-crisp and mic picks up well Fit- saw a few reviews about this being tight on large heads, after 10 hours of use I would say it flexes well to fit your head size Battery- the change out and charge process is easy to do between matches and you don’t have to pay to much attention to it Bad Mute bottom mutes 100% of the time it unmutes 15% of the time. Looking online this seems to be a reoccurring issue with the headsets.

This headset is pretty nice. Sounds good. Especially when used with Steelseries Sonar. The mic could be miles better, but it does what it's supposed to most of the time. All in all, for what I payed, I am satisfied.

I believe there is potential for enhancement in this headset. The sound quality is satisfactory, particularly the microphone performance, which exceeds my expectations.
