Pretty decent headset. My only gripe is that the charging port on the headset itself is micro usb. Who still makes stuff with micro usb these days

The Steelseries gg software is easy to navigate and fun to use would recommend for any 3D audio games works great

Microphone quality kind of bad, but I didn't buy it for the microphone so It is a good product.

The Headset fits nice on the head. The only thing I dont like is the battery life doesnt fell like 20hours wish there was more, but all around a good headset.

I dont know if its just me but when i got this headset and started using it, it sounded like i was underwater the whole time it had terrible directional audio and the setting were way to complex to adjust.

Awesome features, decent sound quality, and the fact that it has replaceable batteries was a must buy for me. The only issue? You can't adjust how this headset fits on your head.. This headset suffers from having non-adjust earcups which means you are stuck with how the unit fits on your skull out of the box. I don't know which company started this but because of that, I have to return this expensive headset. When I can get this thing to fit evenly on my head, it only takes me moving my head a millimeter for the headset to pull on my earlobes and try to escape off my head. This headset is one of the most uncomfortable headsets I've ever used. Please stop making headsets without adjustable height, it's so silly

Prob one of the best headsets I’ve used to date. Highly recommend replacing the ear pads but other than that pretty solid.

Pricey when sale for half off well worth it, after daily use from my call center job starting acting up after 4-5 months of daily use. Even with updated drivers, checked ports etc it seems to be the headset if you need something long term don’t buy, if your looking for something flashy with all the fancy features and don’t care about long term use/reliability buy.
