It is okay but not worth the money If it was cheaper it would be a great head. It is also Getting fairly old and One of My battery's wont hold a charge.

Worked fine for a month or so, then I started having random issues ... a couple weeks ago I was getting random "low battery" beeps even when it was at a full 4 bars of battery. Now, this week, after I updated the software, now I'm getting random disconnects even with nearly full battery when there's constant audio from a twitch stream, or music. I honestly cannot recommend these headphones with these constant connection issues on a Windows 11 machine.

The headphones are good quality and work well. However, they are a hassle to set up when using Bluetooth. The 2.4ghz option has a constant feedback noise, but works well.

I gave it a3 because it was the wrong headset! So I can’t really say I’d it was good or not! We needed one for a Xbox and it was for PlayStation

I was surprised by the low price and the poor sound quality of this product. I had replaced them with my Turtle 700 Gen 2 because they broke down.

The microphone sounded really weird and I could never get the settings for it to sound "normal" I only had this for a year and it broke. Cutting in and out repeatedly. Very annoying and very disapointed in quality especially for how expensive the set is.

Right side stopped working when I moved head too fast

Wasnt for me personally the sound was muffled and the settings to mess with it was confusing and the mic wasnt good i spent 20 bucks more and i got a headset way more worth it

These are the most expensive and worst headphone I have ever bought. The Software is a nightmare, it is basically a big add for Steelseries products. I can't tell much of a difference between the different modes. It doesn't integrate well with windows 11. The power on button, may or may not work. The battery runs out very quickly, and has to be replace constantly. To make up for this, it drops the connections signal randomly and is expensive. Terrible product.

Best Buy had a good deal so I picked these up. The white noise drove me crazy. I was convinced something was wrong with them and found out that Steel Series customer support is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I have had several different pairs of high quality gaming headsets and by far, these were the most disappointing.

audio completely mutes every 5 seconds, not really notable this is what steelseries is known for, disgusting designed hardware cant believe i picked this up should've stuck to my logitech headset.

Everything about this headset is pretty good. However, the microphone quality is not great and it is absolutely terrible in discord. I will be returning these.

Terrible, the audio is crazy watered down with no clarity, I don't know if mine were defective or not but its such a terrible experience spending 150$ on a headset that labels itself as the best headset in the game and it sounds worse then some 20$ wireless earbuds even with 4 other equalizers. this product has me mad

I had the item for 6 days. It worked fine. I went to put it on the next day and the headphone fell off, so i then went to return it to Best Buy. The manager told me he wouldnt take the return even though i had only had it for 6 days. Terrible service. waste of money

I bought this despite some of the reviews and as soon as i came home within the hour the left side was all static , hurt my ear actually, so tomorrow ill be on my way to see what can be done , really disappointed wanted to game and have fun :(

No ear cup height adjustment. Only a Velcro strap to control the way they sit on your head. If you have a large or unusually shaped head they will not work for you.

Those are complete trrash, the batteries died only 6 months after

Someone mentioned about battery pack! False information, additional batter is already pre installed in the head set, the other one is in a container. Wireless distance is great for my needs. Let’s talk about sound quality! If you k ow anything about high fi audio than you will understand me, not may headphones have eq, time alignment and all the features that these have. They sound phenomenal after proper tuning! Well worth the money on such great gaming headphones.
