This has to be the best wireless gaming headset I’ve owned or used. I used to own this product back in 2020 and repurchased during an amazing early Black Friday sale. As long as you charge a battery while using one you can infinitely use this headset without having to ever miss anything. Also the dual connection was a huge seller for me. To be able to answer phone calls and stay in game chat at the same time is something no other company has mastered like SteelSeries. 10/10 I would recommend and the cheap 2-year warranty is a no brainer

Bought this on sale, coming from a Corsair Virtuoso headset. Friends told me that the mic sounds bad, did some messing around with the EQ and they said it was clear but sounded tinny. I recorded my voice and played it back, they were right. I planned to order a mic to fix this issue, but after playing a few different games, the audio was horrible too. Not to mention the over engineered software application that comes with it, this headset ends up showing as 5 different outputs in Windows settings because it has different channels dor what type of audio youre playing. Nothing but a headache for a low quality mic and headset. Will be returning and sticking with my Corsair headset.

Bought this yesterday. Went to power it on and nothing happens. Both of the battery packs wont charge, not in the DAC nor the headset. My guess is this headset is getting to be on the older side. So the battery packs that come with it are starting to fail. Purchase at your own risk. Ill be refunding today.

Second battery won’t charge on the base or headset.
