The water gets hot, but it will not produce any steam at all. The manual is NOT helpful at all either. Not a very good product. I wish I'd have bought something different. Now I have to go through the pain of trying to get a refund.

Poor quality

I also drain water after use. I tried descaling solution still nothing. There is some kind of white foamy silicon floating around. I want a replacement or my money back.
