Works, all I use it for is to surf the net and pay bills. Had to delete the cloud app as it was cutting me off from the wen when it was trying to sync. I’ve also had the weirdest DNS issues, which coincidentally seemed to stop once I deleted cloud.

Pretty fast but doesn't work with some apps and software that I use.

Not super tech-saavy with regards to processors and all the technical aspects of computers and hardware. I didn’t realize the crutch that ARM based processors have, and after buying I definitely regret it. I was enjoying my surface pro 5 and needed a second as my wife has confiscated that for her work so I grabbed this. Absolute trash. Hard to find components that work with it. I was sold on supposedly how simple it was etc, didn’t realize there’s not many printers or scanners that are compatible. The old surface pro 5 has has 0 problems with the 3 printers and 1 scanner I’ve tried, the pro X has only worked with 1 printer and every time I use a brother ds640 scanner - FAIL. Didn’t need to print or scan until return window was over also, so that’s great. :)

I'm not much of a technophile but I had no issues with adapting from a laptop to the Surface. My data transferred seamlessly, and I have enjoyed the portability of the Surface versus the laptop.

It was a give for my 15-year old who loves to draw, sketch, and read. She has been very pleased with it especially how long it lasts fully charged. Compack and convenient!

I feel like this is a very good technology for me to use instead whenever I can watch movie or play any game rather than the standard laptop I been using over 7 years that run good but some issue need to be fix

I had a surface pro for 4 years and decided to upgrade and kive my kiddo the old one. So far, I am liking the surface pro x. It's a nice balance of performance and cost.

Determined to finally detach from Apple, I purchased this to replace my 4-year-old iPad. First, the display is great and it's nice to have a fully functional Windows operating system in a "tablet." That said, the computing power is pretty disappointing. I don't use my tablet for anything other than recreation/entertainment. One of my reasons for replacing my iPad was that it was getting older and streaming, etc was noticeably slowing down. Well, this brand new Surface is slower. Trying to watch a hockey game on ESPN+ is frustrating as it buffers the stream pretty regularly. Trying to listen to something streaming while simultaneously browsing the internet makes it even worse. Bottom line - just not impressed. It pains me to say it, but get an iPad.

This has been of great use for college, it’s a perfect size for a good view, perfect for use when needing a laptop or tablet mode. Quality is amazing. I really do love my Microsoft surface pro. It offers so much!

Very user friendly, fast and efficient. The battery last a long time and it has a mini USB port in case needed. You can buy an adaptor if you want to iae your old USBs.

Good product, however it over heats and locks up if it is in a protective cover

Problem with app compatability, but liked the big screen

Nicely portable and a big improvement over the tablet we've been using.

Purchased this for my son for Christmas to use at the university and he absolutely loves it. He doesnt have to lug around a laptop and this is enough to get all his work done.
