    Would not recommend this product. I only bought this camera because I know Swann also makes security cameras but this is a waste of money. Had to be rebooted multiple times. Now it has a mind of its own it just rotates constantly like big brother is watching and won't connect on the app. There are so many cameras out there now, DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

    Tried it with two different ones and everything else I could do and wouldn't work

    I'm tired of trying to fix it everyday

    1. It does not allow push notification alerts. It says that it does but when you click on the "push" option, it always say operation failed. Everything is hooked up properly and customer service can't seem to help me. 2. When I leave home and open the app to look at the home view, It does not show me anything anymore. It says connection failed or something. Then when I come back home the connection starts back working. It used to show me home view when I first bought it but now , 3 weeks later, it doesn't. 3. On a perfect day, I will wake up in the morning and it will be rolling just fine. Then after the day is over, I will go to the app to review everything from the entire day and I will be so sad because there will be a large 6 hour gap of missing footage. I think the camera glitches and shuts on and off by itself or something because it keeps doing this and I do not even move or touch it. 4. Since I've had it, I've had to constantly program the camera/ set it up with my phone because it keeps undoing everything and I don't touch it or anything. I've have to rename the device so many times and enter wifi info so many times repeatedly because it comes undone by itself. I want it to just stay programmed. I thought it was because I delete the QR code photo that automatically saves to the gallery but that's not the reason because one time I didn't delete the QR code photo and it still has the same problem.

Be sure permissions are allowed for the push notifications to be triggered. In most common cases our support team can get you up and running within a few minutes. Based on the information provided this can be an issue with your bandwidth speed and/or an interruption in your network frequency. These issues are not common, although we would recommend using a Wi-Fi extender to help improve your services.
