Great bag, plenty of space, but the straps are to wide. They are extremely uncomfortable when traveling through terminals weighed down.

These bags from Western digital are built to last forever. I once had my apartment burn down in fire and thought i lost all my important documents. Fortunately, despite not being fire-proof, everything inside the bag survived due to the sturdy materials used for this bag. The outer parts were slightly damaged, but i went ahead and ordered a new one knowing the level of protection it can offer for the stuff inside. 100% recommend!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Setting up RFID device would always get stuck on “finishing setup” Filled out form on website. Got three emails in return. The first one giving me instructions of how to get to the point I was stuck at. The other two referring me to the unhelpful email. I sent a screenshot in hopes they would attempt to help but they continued to ignore me. Had to go back to Best Buy and order a replacement. Hopefully this one works.
