Bought this backpack for an oversea trip. It has the right size, not too big and not too small. My 15" laptop fits in just fine. Also carried tablet, chargers, SLR camera gears (including an extra zoom lens), clothes & even a pair of sneakers. Strap design is good, quite comfortable to carry on the back. Did a 4 km uphill hike during the trip without any problem or discomfort. Overall design is quite good looking, unlike some backpacks that can be just outright unsightly. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star was because one of the threads in the sewing seams came loose. Other than this, I think this is a pretty good, versatile backpack.

GOT A GREAT DEAL ON THIS WITH THE COLLEGE PROGRAM. VERY NICE BACKPACK, BUT A LITTLE ON THE SMALL SIDE. AFTER PUTTING LAPTOP, NOT MUCH ROOM FOR BOOKS..VERY DURABLE THOUGH!!

Backpack was ok. Quality was good but it didn't hold everything I needed to put in it.

I really really this bag. I use it almost every day and always when I going out too consulting clients. It has a lot of space and a lot of storage area. It also has a great place for my laptop and my tablet as well as a carry pouch built into the top of the bag. It is comforable as a brief case or a back pack. The only thing it is missing is a push button zipper lock to lock all zippers at the same time. Some of the new bags have this feature. Thats all that's missing for 5 stars!!!!!

I have used Swissgear laptop bags for about 7 years now. They are extremely rugged and well designed.

This backpack is of very high quality. The straps are sewn to last through the zombie apocalypse and the spring system in the strap helps manage stress on the shoulders. Only complaint is that it does not hold very many textbook.

As it has a flat bottom,it seems smaller and does not look good if you are a big guy)

Lots of pockets for pretty much all that you have.
