Easy to use mount, hard to install and the camera is not that great

I canceled this order online, within an hour of ordering it in store. It is now a month later, you still have my money and your product. Very very poor communication. I just found out today that the order did not cancel successfully, which is odd, since your website confirms the cancelation and tells me the refund is pending, one month later. GIVE ME MY MONEY.

These don’t work very good I wouldn’t recommend it

I bought this in hopes of using it with my Arlo Camera. Could not mount them in the areas I wanted to because of how large the base was. I ended up using what came with the Arlo Camera. I returned to the store.

The mount works exactly as intended. It really is crucial to get the right angles if mounted outside. The only negative is the relatively high price for a small mount.
