Was having.issues with heat and the computer shutting down. This product solved the problem.

NOTE: This is a review, not a rating. I'm getting ready to set up my new Windows 11 computer. The new laptops don't have DVD drives. I needed 1) a new Chill Mat and 2) more USB hubs. The Chill Mat+ had both. I've had the Chill Mat product before and have been very satisfied. With the Chill Mat+, the raising and lowering mechanism seems a bit weak. It may be really sturdy. It may not. When I open and close the new laptop, it puts a strain on the Chill Mat+. I don't want to break it. I will leave it in the "down" position. This seems to be the most stable position. I could have used a Chill Mat with 4-port USB Hub without the raising and lowering function, but I will use it as is in the "down" position.

I like the light weight of the product. I love that it has 4 ports so I can plug in more items because my laptop only has 3. The fans could be stronger, but since I only have 4 gigs, it's workable.

Had to purchase when laptops fan couldn't keep up with gaming. Love the adjustability and the extra fans helping with the cooling. Pretty stable for the most part.

This product has saved my computer. I did not have one of these the last time and it cost me my computer because it overheated.

It's light weight, adjustable, and keeps my laptop cool.

I would buy it again. It does what I wanted, namely keeping the laptop, the surrounding air and my lap cooler. The extra USB ports make up for the one you lose to use to provide power to the fans.

Product meets requirements but the movement is little hard but the fan works great

I wouldn't mid if it was bit cheaper ,but overall it is light, dependable,and the height/angle is comfortable to type, I have 2 of them now for my laptops

Does keep laptop cool but super bulky, difficult to maneuver & doesn’t adjust easily. Don’t recommend if plan to use it in multiple places or locations.

Does a great job keeping my gaming laptop cool for long sessions! The ports are a nice touch so I can hide cords behind the laptop and under the stand.

It's great! Cooled down laptop and does not have laptop fan kick in after minutes of use. I use it daily, especially during this warm weather.

Recommended to me by one of the best buy workers in my store, it can get kind of loud but besides that it does a wonderful job at keeping my gaming laptop at cooler temperatures.

I liked the light weight and portability of the unit. The price (on special) gave good value for the money. I did want a unit that would keep the laptop cool and this did the trick.

I was looking for a laptop table and this was all I could find. Its lightweight and the fan comes in handy to keep the laptop cool. I like that the stand tilts the laptop for comfortable typing. Overall i enjoy this purchase.

It does exactly as the box said it would! It is a very helpful device!

Its adjustabe and comfortable to use, the fan is the best part, knowing that my devise won't overheat.
