Easy to set up out of the box. Great that it has extra USB ports. Gives a good angle for viewing my laptop too and makes it much easier to keyboard.

My laptop is no longer hot at the base on my lap or on the table. I have comfort at various angles for use.

We bought a gaming laptop which heats up quickly, we bought this cooling pad and it has significantly helped out laptop, it is very sturdy and worth the time and money.

Does what is intended. Extra USB slots a plus. Only down side is it will stay on if computer is in sleep/hibernate mode. Otherwise awesome product.

a "Good" enough cooling pad, that is too expensive for what it is. the fans barely do anything, the only thing that helped cool down my laptop was the adjustable part of the stand. with better fans it probubly would be worth, but as it is, its alright

Sits comfortably on lap. Like how raises back of computer. Keeps cool. No hot lap.

Overall good for use. The rubber underneath came off in about a week of use. The Fan is a little loud but understandable for cooling purposes.

Surprisingly effective. The built in fan is fine. It's a little noisy, but that doesn't matter if you are wearing earbuds. Honestly I think the air flow created without the fan provides most the benefit. Also, it gets your laptop off your lap so you don't burn you crotch

It cools slightly with its fans but it really depends on your laptop. I would like a higher fan speed or a better fan with higher CFM but this was on a "budget" and convenience purchase.

This cooler keeps my laptop below 80 c. It just works. Its awsome and cheep.

I use this for my gaming laptop and it works wonderfully. I don't plug it into my laptop, instead I plug it into a portable charger. The charger can run it for about 48 hours. It works well.

I had a problem with my laptop shutting down due to overheating. I was leary of using a cooling mat as I did not want to give up one of my precious USB ports. This cooling mat solves both problems. I have not had any more issues with overheating plus I gained additional USB ports with the built in hub. This was a smart purchase.

Absolutely critical for LAPTOPS, especially with any advanced GRAPHIC CARDs. The HP-OMEN generates plenty of heat and this devices helps to keep the LAPTOP running cool!
