Very nice adjustable height laptop cool pad. I especially like the additional USB ports in the back that I use for my external hard drives. If you are looking for a nice, functional cool pad, this is the one you should buy. 5 stars for this one! It seems like it's a little pricey, but for what you get, it's definitely worth the money.

Product is decent, Targus normally makes a good chill mat, had bought one previously with a nice soft cover for my lap. This one however did not, and leaves rigid marks on legs or knees. It does allow for an adjustment to angle which is nice as well as 4 port usb hub. Fans can end up rubbing as with most mats causing some loud noise, but not very often (so far).

Would be nice if it had type c inputs but otherwise nice. The fans could do a little more cooling but as I have a gaming laptop it’s doing as much as it can

This is an excellent chill mat. I have had no issues with it. It's a great price and very simple to use. When I am not using it for my laptop, I put it under the receiver in my home system and it cools it.

Like the product. Not very loud and the USB ports make adding devices or charging devices a great asset.

This cooling unit is exactly as advertised. Dual fans help keep your laptop cool, and the extra USB ports are very handy. Note: if running several items on the USB ports, you may need an additional A/C power supply which in not included. I have not needed it as yet.

When plugging more than two items into the usb ports the fans noticeably slow down and I get an error on my computer “not enough usb resources”. Im thinking this has to do with power since all im plugging in are usb peripherals. I have another hub that does not have the same issue. Other than that I like the stand and cooling. I average about 3-4 degrees cooler on my GPU when gaming. For reference I have a TUF F15 gaming laptop with 12th gen i7 and a 4070.

Decent cooler, kept everything from overheating. Broke very easily, very flimsy and the fan broke after only a month or so of using it on and off.

This has worked really well this far. Really gets going as the laptop heats up

Love the convenience of set up (just plug it in); light weight and slim design perfect fit for my slim briefcase with laptop; has 4 USB ports (an absolute necessity for me) ; inexpensive (made of all plastic so it should be.) I have extra sensitive hearing so the humming sound of the fan can annoy me at times so I only plug in when laptop is used for long periods of time or heats up. (Probably wouldn't bother most people.)

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Easy to use and she doesn't have any issues with her laptop getting warm any more.

The case is nice, fits snug, andtablet is protected.

It runs silent and allows the user to tilt the laptop up. It also gives you 4 more USB ports.

i have a hp laptop and it tends to run hot , and the chill mat keeps the temp down. works well

Targus - Chill Mat+ is a great way to help keep laptops cooler than without it. computer powered usb ports are good for 1-2 accessories otherwise you need a power cable cuz I had my external dvdrw and portable hdd backup and they wouldn't stay on.

Needs a way to click onto a laptop so it can stay steady sense it doesn’t have/come with one but other then that this thing cools VERY well
