Have had no problems with my computer getting hot since i have been using this. Also like the angle my computer is now.

This has worked very well and i would recommend to anyone who is on your laptop often

This is the 3rd laptop cooling mat that I bought for my laptop. It works well as long as I have an additional fan blowing into the back to increase airflow. The lip on the front that's meant to hold the laptop from sliding forward could be a little taller. Out of the three mats that I have bought, this one still works the best.

Decent cooling pad for light loads with extra usb slots, very easy to use. Lowers laptop temp maybe 1-3 degress. Overpriced for what you get though in my opinion.

So having an issue with overheating in all my previous laptops, when I forked out the big bucks for a decent one, I made sure to get a cooling mat. This one seemed to be the best they had available so I went for it. It does it's job for the most part though now, after using it for a month or so, the right side fan makes strange noises when I plug it in. They go away if you smack it but yeah. For the price, I would've expected it to last longer but it's still running so I'm content.

Product is great. I cools my hot laptop. It folds up to be portable. Highly recommended.

There's nothing wrong with this cooling pad. My only frustration was that I went in to get a different model, which according to the Best Buy website was available for store pickup. I got there, and they didn't have it. Ended up paying about $20 more than I initially intended. I'm not sure how that can happen. With UPC technology, scanning products in and out of the store, how can they possibly not know they don't have a product on hand? I assume stock management systems talk to their website.

It does it's job, doesn't fit big laptops, 15 inch or smaller fits

The locking mechanism for the different angles work great for me. I think that the product does everything that it advertises. This was a good purchase at a good value.

I am very impressed with product. The previous similar product I owned did not hold up and was awkward to set up. This product is adjustable, easy, durable and lightweight. All desirable qualities for this type of product.

I like it it keeps my computer cool. I like that I can adjust the angle and height of my computer when sitting on it

This unit has done a good job of keeping my laptop cooler. With the ability to change the elevation, it makes it easier to access the keyboard with less strain on your wrists as well. Not real crazy about the height adjustment mechanism. Took a bit to figure out how to get it to go back down after it was raised.

Great product! I recommend this product if you use your laptop frequently in bed!

Very nice adjustable height laptop cool pad. I especially like the additional USB ports in the back that I use for my external hard drives. If you are looking for a nice, functional cool pad, this is the one you should buy. 5 stars for this one! It seems like it's a little pricey, but for what you get, it's definitely worth the money.

Bought this for my 16 year old son for his Birthday and he says it's awesome! It's easy to adjust the angle so the laptop sits just where you want it. The fans work great and are not too distracting. The extra USB ports are very handy to have. My son is happy-- so I am happy!

I like my cooler for my laptop. It has extra usb ports which come in very handy. Good product and works well.

Excellent chill pad - I run it off of an electric adapter - shut down laptop, then let chill pad run for an extra two minutes. Cools perfectly!!! Easily fits in my travel bag too!
