Don't use on bare legs

The left side of this cooler makes an odd noise as if it's not running properly. Now usually this isn't a problem if I can take it apart and solve it. But this is built in a way that makes it so hard to actually fix. I want to like it, I truly do. What turns me off is how I can't even use my regular screwdriver to actually fix it. I do not mind if it's not built to last, what makes me mad about it is the fact I can't even fix it to make it so

The chill mat is light weight and is well designed. I do wish that the external power supply came with the product or that it stated on the packaging that you need a short USB cable to power it from your laptop. I had to make a second trip to the store to get one. Other than that, I love it!
