I do wish that the external power supply came with the product or that it stated on the packaging that you need a short USB cable to power it from your laptop. I had to make a second trip to the store to get one. Other than that, I love it!

The only downside is that you cant turn off fan manually, so when it's connected to your powered off device and you have power on usb, it will still work and make noise.

I would attach a video but 1. the app doesn’t let me attach videos and 2. it would be a human rights violation to let others listen to the coil whine of a thousand broken fans. I’ve kept it in the same spot, in a clean area, and only had it for a month before this started happening. for the price the quality is genuinely not worth it at all.

The price was good and so was the size. It fits on my desk great. I also like that it has more ports on the back of it. Great product. Would recommend to others.

Works, but sometimes incredibly noisy

It seems to do the job of keeping my computer cooled, but sometimes the noise of the fan is incredibly loud. Turning it off and then on sometimes repairs the issue. I will likely give it away as soon as I have my new computer fully operational.
